I came here with the front end of my car disassembled and with an incorrect mail-order inner tie rod that I had purchased online. This isn't a place for small talk, which I appreciate because I was in a hurry and needed the right part. There was a question as to whether my steering rack was manufactured by TRW or SMI. Although they only had one in stock, the sales guy said he could have the other option available for me within an hour from their other location. They're prices aren't the lowest, but there's definitely a level of expertise you'll find here that's sorely lacking at too many auto parts retail chains. Simple things like replacing wipers and battery is within their capability, during my time the, I do see hem helping customers with headlights and such. No dedicated tech support, the salesmen are the tech. Best of luck.
