After only 10,000 miles of normal driving (no abuse, 4WD vehicle), the tires are about 75% worn and the sidewalls are cracked wide open--completely unsafe. For comparison, my Goodyears have over 50,000 miles and still have tread. These are hands down the worst tires I've ever owned. I hope RNR does the right thing, but either way--avoid Kenda. Your life depends on it.

I was in need of a new rear wiper blade and this was the nearest store of any kind that I could…read morevisit. I walked in with a general idea of the size I needed, but decided to double check with the book that is available for customers. I should of went with what I had thought in the first place, because the book was wrong. More on that in a few. I purchased the blade and went outside to install it. Good thing I did this before I left the lot because it really wasn't the right one. So I repackaged the blade and went back inside. I dealt with a different employee this time and she informed me that I should have asked at the desk before selecting my blade. That would be fine and dandy to have known, but why have those booklets if they aren't correct? After the employee retrieved the right blade you would have thought I was trying to pull a scam on them. I mean you saw me just purchase this, go out in front of your store, attempt to install it and come back in to exchange it for the right one. What could I have done in between any of those actions to suggest I was duping you? Anyway, after I got the right blade, I had no trouble installing this one and was on my way.

Let me say this first, US Route 22 is one hell of a road to navigate, especially during the night…read more My luck of travelling this road at night has not been good. I have hit many items along the road and this past night was no different. It wasn't a small item, but a semi-truck tire. Sitting right there in the middle of the road. Having nowhere to go seeing how this tire was smack dab in the middle of both lanes, I hit it. In doing so, I ripped the wheel well cover of the car away from the frame and it was rubbing against the tire. I stopped that night and did a quick fix and made a note to stop at an auto store to pick up some parts. I was in need of some fasteners and knowing that this was on my way to work one day, I decided to give them a try. I walked in and found my aisle I needed, I found a fastener closest to the one that was ripped off and headed to the counter. The employee I had wasn't so sure and I believe it was this gentlemen's first day. He got the manager and he helped me beyond what he should have. I asked a few questions, he answered them amazingly and even showed me a tool that would be helpful in my repair. I thanked him, bought my items and was on my way. I am not the most car literate person and it was reassuring to have someone with more knowledge be sure enough of what they knew to get me where I needed to be with my car.

Wait time --- can be bad on a busy day but I feel like you get that at at a"superstore." My oil changes are cheap here around 30$, I have a small car, tire prices were as good as sears, or costco. Overall they work pretty fast, one time the line backed up at the service desk but I belived the guy who told me they were short in that area that day he was very polite about it. At midnight, in the middle of an overnight drive home trying to beat T-day traffic, the dreaded TPS…read morelight came on. Sure enough, we had a slow leak due to a small screw someone coming out of our tire. Firestone was chosen because it was the only tire shop open on a Sunday morning who's yelp reviews didn't terrify me. So, in I went. The staff was friendly, gave me an accurate price quote and wait time (~30 bucks and 1.5 hours). I gave them my number and went to wander the nearby shopping plaza. And, what a plaza to be stuck in! I have an hour and a half to kill, so I'm super excited to see a guitar center... that's opening at 11am, and a game shop! ... open at 11am. And a mall... with nothing open... other than a movie theater! first show starts at 10am, so I'd miss most of it after previews... oh, it has an arcade... and I of course don't have cash on me... so I check google maps for a nearby ATM from my bank, nothing. Rats. I head into the mall, wander it with all the retired people getting their daily walk in, find a comfy couch and surf the web. Time to head back, so I walk the long way back.. right by a group of atms from my bank. Son of a ... So, at 1.25 hours in, I head back to the shop. I watch political news next to a women who clucks disapprovingly under her breath while listening to President Obama speak. At 1.5 I ask how the car is coming to find out, they just finished and its ready to go. Sort of sad to have wasted a rare 1.5 hours to myself that could have been spent gleefully in an arcade, but that's of no fault of Firestone - who were quick professional and got us back on the road... into T-Day traffic.
