As a client, I am very very disappointed with the service I received. I everything that I noticed…read morewith my vehicle prior to dropping it off, I shared it with the tech Blake. Whether he recorded them or not I can not say, but the issue with the coolant not staying in the reservoir was definitely mentioned the FIRST time I left the car, not to mention it took me a month to get it back. I picked the car up only to have the engine light come back on not even a mile up the road. Yes, there was an issue with dropping the car back off because I had already dropped my other car off at shop prior to picking up the Jeep that I thought was ready. We asked for an option of a loaner car and Blake was supposed to get back with us to let us know if that was an option. Never got a return call. I spoke with the Service Manager as my husband was on a call. He stated that we had driven the car another 90K miles prior to returning the car for further diagnostics. Not true! It was merely two weeks, and I live in Covington TN. Yes, I declined to service a second time because of the fact that I paid 3,800. some odd dollars the first go around I can not foresee myself doing it again. Then to know that they found that there was another $7000 issue with my truck after returning it to me. It would have been well appreciated if I had the opportunity to make a huge financial decision on the front end. Who has money to just throw away? I read the notes that were put in the system after picking the truck up a second time and they don't match what happened, but I digress. Never again!
