I went the other day to get some stuff for an oil change. I get there and there's customers…read morestanding around in no obvious line. I start to ask people if they are in line. Everyone says no. I go up to the lady that's at the register and she immediately and rudely says to go to the back of the line. I tell her there is no line. She says to me rudely again, to make the line. I laugh at her and tell her again in Spanish, that there is no line, that I have already asked everyone so I guess that would make me the first one in line. She stares at me and ignored me. So I walk away to another employee and I ask him if he can help me. He ignored me as he slouches on the counter looking through the computer and says absolutely nothing to me. I wait about 15 seconds and out loudly say, this is ridiculous and I start to head out to the exit door. He then starts screaming across the room. "Hey you don't have to leave come back I'll help you!!!" I was furious. I completely ignored them and right before I walked right out, I turned back and said. It's ok if you don't want my money the advanced auto Patty across the street surely will. Good bye and he yelled byeee!! I have never seen such lack of professionalism and it's just incredible that having a competitor across the street they would still treat a customer like that. I went across the street and spent $150 on everything I needed to give my car a tuneup. Money and client list to this particular store. Simply unacceptable. This is why I mostly shop online and don't have to deal with rude and unprofessional people. These people looked like they did not care and did not want to help or work for that matter. Well, little did we know that he was leaving at 5:50pm, he saw us going to his store, and he was not even capable of letting us know that he was going to close (that's the least he could've done!!). Anyway, when we walked up to the door of Delta and realized it was locked and closed, I quickly ran back to our car and yelled to him "Excuse me, it says everywhere you close at 6pm, we rush over here from work, its 5:50 and you're leaving?" HE said that he could open the door if he wanted, and that he was doing ME a favor. I am the one providing business for him, I AM THE ONE DOING HIM A FAVOR!! Anyway, the gentle man was extremely rude and clearly does not know how to run a business. He was not interested in my money and clearly not interested in having his business prosper. We will NEVER go here again, and if you still decide to go after reading this review, make sure it's before 5pm, because chances are they are closed at 5:03 pm.
