Upon entering the store, I observed James vaping inside the building. As someone who is highly allergic and sensitive to smoke and airborne irritants, I found this extremely concerning and uncomfortable. When customers enter a business, they should be able to expect a clean, professional environment and employees who are willing to provide respectful and helpful service. Instead, my experience with James was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in professionalism. I came into the store expecting assistance, not to be exposed to someone vaping indoors and then treated as though helping me was an inconvenience. Thankfully, another employee, Kenneth, was professional, respectful, and willing to assist me with my needs. What happened to taking pride in your job and providing excellent customer service? Employees represent the businesses they work for, and customers remember how they are treated.
