Matt (sales tech) was easy to work with, ordering boards and informing us of core charges so that the defective parts were brought with us to save some money and eliminate an additional trip back. Traveling 1.5 hours to pickup all parts were ready and packaged for pickup. Fast and courteous service! We walked through the inventory list and signed off on the items. The staff was accommodating and used the forklift to load our items as it weighed well over 900 lbs! My review focuses on the customer service and communication. Matt stayed in touch and even when their phone lines were down he called us on his personal device to ensure we were aware of the phone system issue and that he was still available to assist us. I work out of town so I didn't have a need to use it for a couple months. I tried to use it and it would not start. I took it back and of course they were happy to charge me another $51 to look at it. They got it to start but would not start for me. I purchased a compression tester and discovered the blower only had 70 PSI of compression. Now I have over $300 wrapped up in an old blower that needs to be completely rebuilt. Do not use these people. Any shade tree mechanic can throw parts at something without doing any troubleshooting. Male…read moreor female, tall or short, if I need a special wiper blade or spark plugs they know exactly where to find them and because of my arthritis they leave and come out to the car and install wiper blades or your battery whatever you need. I get all my car cleaning supplies here oil lightbulbs because they seem to have everything I need for all my cars. Always happy to come in here when I need something and I can trust that I will get somebody that knows what they're doing and they don't seem to stand around on their cell phones all day. Highly recommend!
