Overall pretty satisfied with the work that was complete…read more Truck looks great. 4" BDS lift x 35" tires. I feel everything now when I'm driving but I suppose that's to be expected when you lift. Overall not too bouncy. Turn around time was fantastic. David was super cool and very knowledgeable. Super confident in his work and what was going to be performed. The reason I gave 4 stars is as follows: *The first time I called, I didn't get David. Got a younger guy that seemed to be a little eager to get a sale. What he quoted and recommended vs what David did was wayyyy different. There's a specific lift kit that this truck needed and David was able to call that out as soon as I gave him the make/model. The younger guy was probably doing his best but not as experienced with this truck. *I drove up there one day and the parts hadn't come in yet. A little communication would've been nice so I didn't waste 46 mins driving there. I would've understood the delay because of Covid but I got nothing. Drove 46 mins there for a 3 min conversation about the parts not being there yet when a simple call/text would've sufficed. *After the work was complete, I got on the road and noticed the low tire light was on. It's a small thing but ALL of the tires were low. The attention to detail matters when you're working on people's vehicles.

I have been bringing my cars here for over 17 years. They won my business because they are honest…read morewith their customers even when the prognosis is not good. In that time, I have gone through three cars (all with over 200,000 miles on them). In the 17 years I have been going here, here are some of my experiences. 1) They told me flat out that one of my cars was not worth paying to fix. It was at the end of its life (I drive them to death) and they could have had me for an engine replacement... but they told me finding a used car would be a better use of my money. That is honesty that cost them that job... but gained them a lifetime customer. 2) I brought my car 4 years ago in because the MGP dropped quickly, it seemed to be speeding up slower and it was starting to make some light noises. I dropped it off. They took a look at it and told me that nothing was wrong. I am still driving that car and nothing came of this... they were right. 3) Just this year, my car started misfiring. I dropped it off. They said it would be an engine job and (once again) the car may not be worth fixing; drive it till it dies. They then said that they do have a product that would mix with the oil and possibly loosen things up and give the car some extended life. We did it, and the car stopped misfiring enough to get the check engine light to go off and I just passed inspection. It is not fixed, but it didn't cost me an engine job. I am going to drive this thing till the state tells me I can't (or it dies)... almost 300,000 miles now. Since starting to come here, I have recommended this place to friends and family. My father and my mother now bring their cars here... I would not recommend to them, unless this place was the real deal. I have many more experiences, but this is long enough already. Jumping from dishonest mechanic to dishonest mechanic trying to pinch pennies will cost you way more that just paying an reasonably priced honest mechanic. One that will be honest about good news and bad. These people are honest and they will be my mechanic till they decide to retire (or they tell me that they won't work on my solar powered hovercraft).

I've bought a lot of parts over the years, many of which were purchased at various NAPA stores,…read moreincluding this one. NAPA is normally a good store for good parts at fair prices, and this one is no exception. The issue with this store, which results in the average three star rating is that they are decidedly below average in how they execute and how they treat customers. Special order parts? Don't expect a call when it is in. Instead, expect to have to call and then wait on hold to see if they can locate the person who ordered it for you, so they can see if the part has arrived. Next! They are trying to get the customers out of the way so they can move on to their real work. Whatever it takes to make you go away. And opening closing times? Those are general suggestions. Don't expect to actually walk in at eight o'clock. More like five to fifteen minutes later, on a pretty regular basis. So it's a ho-hum attitude toward customer service that earns them the three stars on this review.

I go purchase them and while this older gentlemen is going to get the item for me, "Roger" comes from behind one of the back aisle, and asked "Am I being helped ". I said yes I am. So I pay for the whippers, than I ask "Can I have roger help put them on for me". Keep in mind he just asked me if I needed to be helped 1min ago. I can see him in the back aisle doing nothing. He tells the older gentleman that is ringing people up, when he asked him to do it, that " He never said he would put them on himself". When it is his job to assist and HELP! Especially when "ROGER WASEN'T EVEN DOING ANYTHING AT ALL. YET HE WANTED TO TURN AWAY FROM HELPING EVEN WHEN HE JUST ASKED ME IF I NEED HELP AND WHEN I DID HE MADE A PISS POOR REASONING TO NOT HELP, SO THAN WHAT IS HE GETTING PAID FOR? Than the older gentlemen went back to ringing people up, and the woman that works there took the initiative to say" ILL DO IT". Even when she was busy finishing ringing people up. After she was done I looked back in the store window and "Roger" was still standing around doing nothing. For him to come to work and only want to clearly just answer the phone and ringing people up, but forget to do the other half of the job which is going outside and give assistance like he's paid to do, and than wants to pick and choose what he does, than while everyone else is occupied he wants to hand things off on them with is not ok!!! To the woman that works here that is going over and beyond and doing what the men get paid to do and should do and can do and rather she's busy or not she seeks to help. "Roger" iS lazy as hell, he's not a good team member, and to say he never said he was going to do it but he said "YEAH WE CAN" which he ment the people that work there and last time I checked, HE WORKS THERE!! THANK YOU TO THE OLDER GENTLEMEN, he was white and the WOMAN also who was white. I don't remember there names so I just wanted to point out who they are. Id rather go to NAPA before I deal with Autozone. I'M never going to this location again due to "ROGER"!!!
