One of the worst customer services companies in Texas!…read more I became acquainted with this outfit a few months ago when one of their tractor trailer drivers nearly ran me and several other drivers off the road on I-35. The driver was cutting in and out of lanes without signaling and tailgating other vehicles to the point of being right on their bumpers. Again, keep in mind this is a tractor trailer driver we're talking about. Seemed to be under the influence of alcohol or some other controlled substance. When I called the company to express my concerns, I was directed to the transportation manager who failed to answer, so I left a voice mail requesting a call back. My call was never returned. About a week later, I left another voice mail referencing the reckless behavior of the semi driver and again the message was ignored. So then I paid a personal visit to their business and asked to see this so-called transportation manager. I spoke to one of their employees who essentially laughed at me and told me to mind my own business. Didn't give two licks that one of their drivers nearly caused a multi vehicle pileup on the freeway. Told him this and he bellowed I had no right to tell them how to run their business. What a joke this company is! No regard whatsoever for the safety of the general public nor do they even present themselves professionally. Saw another employee treat an elderly gentleman in their store very rudely while I was there. No reason whatsoever to ever patronize this clown show of a business!

I've been to the store two times in the last two days and every time I've come in they've been super friendly and hospitable. They even offered us lunch while we were there one day with leftovers from their own meals! Who does that in 2025. Even the sign on the front door tells you something about the character of the store. If I ever do get one of these big fancy trucks, I'm definitely bringing it here. If you are lucky enough to work with Daniel, you will NOT be disappointed. He takes GREAT pride in his work and is an amazing human. My business partner has done multiple modifications to his truck here and he's even brought it here for a second truck. If you're looking for anything to be done to your truck, this is a spot to go to in the DFW area. Highly recommend The spot.

I called to ask about it, and they just said that I should probably get another alignment done. After spending about $8k with them, I would have expected them to offer to do another alignment after the first was really off. Everyone there was super nice and helpful before the job, but pretty disappointed that they didn't offer to sort the alignment after calling.

Our Toyota Corolla's engine light came on and then the car stopped turning on at all. We were worried that it would be a huge issue and weren't able to take it to the dealership. Scheduling was super easy and quick. DFW Mobile Repair came to our home promptly at their scheduled time, and they did a great job communicating with us before, during, and after the service. It turns out it was a corroded battery. The price for the diagnostic and the service he completed was a fair price and I felt we were in good hands with honest mechanics. The technician even suggested we take the battery to autozone since it should still be under warranty and that is just what we did (they replaced it free of charge). Our car is back in business and we won't hesitate to use them again if the need should arise.
