After it was determined that I needed a replacement, he checked the system and found one for me. He recommended that I got the re-manufactured vs. the a new, essentially saying it's the same, but substantially cheaper. When he didn't have any in stock, he found another close location where I can pick it up. I'll come looking for Daniel the next time I have issues with my car.

I will never purchase anything at this business again and I'm heavy on the never…read more I told the salesman that I needed a bracket for my license plate, he assured me that I had the right part but he wasn't even knowledgeable on why I needed it for the front of my vehicle. after I made my purchase I went to macco for them to install it and at that time I was informed that I didn't have the right part. so I immediately went back to advance auto parts to return it now they did ask for my receipt but I had threw it a I had discarded it and I told the salesman I just purchased it less than an hour ago. He never told me that since I didn't have the receipt that I could only receive a gift card back. he only said for someone reason it's only allowing a gift card. so I called customer service and to no avail I still couldn't get my money back and was given a report # after a week no one has called. I called them today and give them the report # and now all of a sudden it's because I didn't have my receipt. I'm a woman and I don't work on cars or have any car issues, this is the worse experience I've ever had with a company.

They keep them behind the counter, in the back, if you have a honda just ask for it. Look for an older white employee, he knows where they're kept because he stocks them.
