Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order. When I took the vehicle back to the shop to complain, one of the mechanics said "It's just grease, you can wipe it with a rag". As you probably know, you cannot wipe grease off a cloth interior with a rag. Also conveniently they said that they "didn't have any degreaser" and both the shop manager and the assistant shop manager were not there today. One woman who was there and seemed to be in charge of everyone else was helpful and took down my contact info and took photos to send to her supervisor. We will see if I can get this resolved but I have a feeling it will be a painful process. I will not be returning to this service center and I would not recommend this service center to anyone who cares about their car.

He was quick to get to me and was super nice and helpful. Due to the battery being completely dead and corroded we couldn't get the car into neutral so he helped get it into neutral. Additionally once the car was on the truck he asked if any keys on the key ring I might need which I hadn't even thought about. Overall it was a great experience super quick and very helpful. Way better than other experiences I've had in the past.

When the time came to find where to have it installed I was lost. . So I went to the best place I knew to get recommendations, my jeep clubs Facebook page. Everyone was commenting and private messaging me to see Joe at Joes Jeep Jungle. So I listened, I mean when over 40 people are telling you to go see Joe you listen. Joes Jeep Jungle is located in Carroll County and I live in Bel Air MD but after speaking with Joe through private message on FB at like 930 at night, then on the phone with him the next morning and he suggested I come down and test drive one of his loaners that had the set up I was looking for. He wanted to be sure I liked it before I spend money on something I might not like. Right there was a green flag to me, most businesses don't care about making sure the customer likes what they get before installing it, they just complete the job, take your money and forget all about you. Not Joe, so the mini me and I jumped in the Jeep and we went to see Joe and his guys. We test-drove the jeep for about a half an hour and I fell in love. I went back to the shop where Joe and I sat down and went over everything I was looking for. I wanted to stay under a certain amount of money and Joe was able to do that for me. He offered me tires and wheels that was taken off of a new Rubicon which saved me a lot of money. I placed me 20% down and was dropping her off on labor day. Now I was in a rush to have my lift done because I wanted it ready for my clubs trip to Rausch Creek Off Road Park, the upcoming Saturday, so a loaner jeep was not available for me but that was the choice I made because I wanted it done ASAP. Really guys and gals how many shops will give you a loaner vehicle while yours is in the shop? Thursday early afternoon Joe called said Gemma (my jeep) was ready and sent me pictures. She looked perfect. Naturally I couldn't wait to go get her. Joe is an outstanding business owner and person. While working on the jeep he noticed my rear brakes were bad to the point they were unsafe. He and his guys put new breaks on and some other minor things they felt needed attention right away. When it came time to pay there was no sticker shock. Now if you remember I said I did my research and even with the extra work that was completed I still wasn't paying as much as a local dealership that is know for jeep modifications quoted me. I couldn't wait to get me keys back, take the top off and go for a drive. But I wasn't just given my keys and told to have a nice day, Nope Joe came outside with me and went over everything on the jeep and what I needed to know when I would take her off road, what psi I should be at on the street, how to work my quick disconnects and more. Joes Jeep Jungle stands by their work and I will be going back for me 1000 mile check up and I was told if I have any questions or concerns to call, text or message anytime. I couldn't be any happier with my jeep. I don't just like it, I LOVE IT!!! Saturdays trip to the off road park was amazing. I have been there with my jeep stock and while I did okay this time I was able to have so much more control of me jeep, I wasn't killing my skid plates or my anxiety. I'm so glad I made the decision to go with the liftkit and to see Joe for all work completed. I highly recommend if you need any kind of modifications done to your Jeep, you have to go see Joe and his guys at Joe's jeep jungle!!! You will not be sorry.

Alvin is a BMW Guru. He is very experienced from years of being a BMW tech, but he can work on…read moreanything (especially Japanese cars). He was referred to me from a friend, and we've been very pleased. He's taking care of my partner's E39 and putting up with all the little things that pop up with owning an older BMW (which is all the time LOL). He will solve mysteries. He's a car enthusiast and will work hard to get your baby back on the road. What I like about him most is that he's extremely detail oriented, patient, gives detailed reports, will work with you on parts (within reason, you don't want to put junk parts on your car, so take his advice when OEM is best) and that is what I want in a technician/owner of a repair shop. Even better is he's right next door to Redline Motorworks who have an alignment rack (a great VW shop). He's a great guy and you should give him a try on your Bimmer!

Chose to take my truck to the Catonsville location as my friend had his truck done there. As I…read morepulled up to the parking lot, a man came out to greet me promptly. I was in the process of taking off my tonneau cover, and he told me he'd have the team take it off and have it back one when they were done. I made some special requests like no Line-x stickers or badges and to have some holes taped down. I waited for the truck since I didn't have a ride. Watched some cable TV that was available in the waiting area. Very friendly staff, we discussed the shows. When the truck was done, one of the workers brought it around to the front and had me inspect. I was really happy about the way it looked on the truck, amazing product. My bed was all scratched up before, because I was too lazy to get it done sooner, but now it looks brand new and better. All in all I'm satisfied with the job. I'd give them 4.5/5 if I could. The only reason for me taking off a half point is for some minor miss in details. They sprayed over 2 bolts (shouldn't really matter though) and there was some overspray in my bedgate latches.
