This review is for the Collision and Service Center…read more After some YN's attempted to steal my car we brought it here for repairs...Smh... Shelton was awesome. Despite the circumstances, his assistance with handling the situation was a breeze. Friendly, welcoming and communicated effectively with us and was on it with the car status/updates. While my car was being repaired, I was also due for an oil change so coordination of that was the icing on the cake. Prayerfully I won't have to return to the collision center and you'll never see us on Fox News for having to protect our property. But if I'm ever in need of collision repairs I would definitely come back here. Customer service 10/10. Thanks Shelton!

Caution: Unprofessional Service at Honda of Greenbelt…read more I am writing to express my concerns regarding the subpar service I received at your dealership. I recently had my valve cover gasket replaced at this location, only to discover that it was still leaking during a subsequent oil change at a different establishment. Upon returning to Honda of Greenbelt, I was informed that the valve gasket was still leaking. Despite the fact that the valve cover gasket was replaced in February 2025, the service advisor informed me that the valve cover gasket was in good condition and that Hondabound residue was causing the valve cover gasket to not sit flush over the engine. I respectfully voiced my concerns to the service advisor and the service manager to consider replacing the entire assembly, as per the recommended protocol. The plastic and rubber components of the valve cover gasket heat up and warp when exposed to high temperatures(plastic), making a short cut replacement impractical. When I inquired about the next steps if the leak persists, the service manager responded with a dismissive attitude, stating that they would address the issue when it arose. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Furthermore, after leaving the dealership, I discovered a missing bolt on the top of my engine, which necessitated a return visit to have it reinstalled. This incident further underscores the poor quality of the work and the rushed nature of the service provided. In conclusion, I strongly advise against doing business with Honda of Greenbelt due to the unprofessional service I received. For management, please save the fake response you're not interested in fixing the problem!

So.. I went here to have my battery replaced about a week or so ago. I got there and there was a…read moreyoung Latino man with long hair that came out to change my battery. He kept fiddling and complaining the whole time replacing the battery. We'll the battery was finally placed in but not in the housing unit ( I later learned) right. So my car did not start today. I finally had to jump it and drove up to the shop to tell them what happened. Another staff came out to check the battery.. the connectors came right off as soon as he grabbed them they were never tighten. He tried to sell me these caps to make the connectors stick but it was like trying to force them on and I took the. To stop and tighten the connectors not to break anything. So used the ratchet to tighten it and watched it tighten the whole way this time. Battery was operating. I say this to say, watch these folks changing your stuff. I should have went and got the manager the first time because the first employee seemed like he did not want to be there and grumbled all the time when asked to do a task. He did a half way job and I was glad that battery didnt burn out from a lose connection or it stopped running while im driving. That was dangerous and this should have ne er happe ed. If you don't want to do your job the right way, leave. I need to get info from a mannage( not store manage) so I can report this.
