My wife and I were on a long trip and got a flat tire. Had the vehicle towed to a Costco only to…read morefind out that the last time I had the tires rotated by our service shop they neglected to put the special lug nut key back in the glove compartment. Costco is not able to remove these. Had to spend the night in a hotel until a dealership opened up in the morning. They did not carry the lug nut key! Contacted Les Schwab nearby and they were able to send Noah over to the Costco, plug the tire, fill it up with air so I could drive it across the street. Angel was a huge help and did everything to get the tires replaced so we could get back on the road. Can't say how much we appreciated the quick assistance to get back on the road to see our grandkids. Thanks guys!!

They took down some basic info and booked an appointment within just a few minutes. Bryce called to let me know he was coming - and he arrived right on time. He swapped the windshield in about an hour in my driveway and did a great job. I've used them before, and they do offer new wiper blades with the service - but it's not a hard up-sell, and they easily take "no" for an answer.
