He said they could not replace it because it had a fuse box on the battery. That was fine...I just wanted it checked. He checked it, told me it was bad. I wanted to make sure it would start before he walked away. It did and he turned around and walked off and left the hood up. Fine I got out and closed it. It was the attitude and rudeness that made me decide at that moment I will go elsewhere. Never ever again will I go to this autozone. One employee with a really bad attitude and poor customer service set the tone for that store.

They did tell him while he was waiting at the shop that they were going to cut his old ones off and he said that was fine. Never told him while he was there they charge additional for that, which is fine. When we picked the truck up, claim they had to use 2 guys so it's $125 per hour per guy so total was $401. Kevin came out and did cut the cost down for him after I told the hateful lady to take them off. Beware of this place! They are shady and will charge additional to what they quote you! The owner reached out a few days later saying they did charge him $125 to put on his new running boards and they had to cut his old ones off which caused the added charge lol. Guess they charged $276 to cut old ones off. Who knows. The story changed with these people from the day of service to current. Very shady business!!!! I'd look elsewhere. This place is not worthy of a 1 star!

While they were being retrieved, I prepared cash for a quick transaction. The spark plugs were quickly retrieved, which was nice. The salesperson asked if it was my first visit to their store. I said, "no", it's my first visit. The salesperson brought up a customer information page on his display (which I could see). The page was replete with many fields, to gather all of the information they could get from me on my first visit to the store. I asked "can we skip this?" The salesperson said "no", we need this information for warranty. For lawn mower spark plugs ? Not wanting to spend the time or give out my personal information for a cash transaction of lawn mower spark plugs, I walked out of the store, and drove to the auto parts store down the road.
