I tried to buy a 2025 General 1000 4 Sport, the price was confusingly higher than msrp and understanding why was like pulling teeth. I wanted to buy it, buti didn't want that particular roof, windshield or rear window, so they try and force sale of accessories on a customer that has no interest in those specific parts. I wanted Polaris OE side and rear view mirrors, rock sliders and front and rear bumpers, not the windshield, rear window and roof. Lastly, the vehicle was outside in the elements, poor quality pics showing it covered in snow. I bought one yesterday, from another dealer, configured how I wanted and unit was clean and looked brand new because it was inside in a showroom. This was a significantly below average experience. I definitely won't recommend this place.

I tried calling the parts department over ten times, no answer, and you cannot leave a message.(this is all over multiple days). So then I called the sales department. The guy was nice and said he would have the parts department call me, unfortunately after 4 different days of calling and Speaking to the same guy, with the same answer, no word back in over a week, I've lost faith in Marshall powersports. I am planning on buying a 4 seat rzr but it will definitely not be from them!!! Try to call their service department and see for yourself, they will not and do not answer their phones!!!

Had my car towed here for warranty work on a Sunday, I understand they wouldn't be open til Monday…read more I get there on Monday at around 8:15am talked to Will. Said it would be looked at in a couple days, which in my terms means two. So I call Tuesday at 4:30p talked to receptionist Matthew, said he would have them call me in the morning. No call Wednesday morning, so I called at 2:10p talked to Nikki, then transferred to service and they said the guy looking at it is at lunch and will call me back. 4:15p I call them and talk to Matthew and now service doesn't want to talk to me. So I ask for a Manager now the manager was awesome, found out that they haven't even touched my car. So how was the mechanic looking at it before lunch. So I believe this manager and everything he said. Today is Thursday just talked to Will, told it it hasn't been touched, can't get parts till next week, and won't be done until next Friday the 18th 2019. I have no money for a rental, they wont loan me a car, I could lose my job. They don't care. Not the same Piles Chevrolet Buick from years earlier when they would do anything and everything to get things done to get you on the road.

We had our Toyota Rav 4 Charcoal Canister replaced 3 times, and the lights on the dashboard are all still on. Now the part is still under warranty (failed after 7 months) as it is a one-year warranty part. Beware of them telling you a part has mileage warranty; they lied and told us we were 624 miles over the warranty. I called the Toyota Experience line, and they said that part is a one-year warranty part mileage does not matter. Guess they think the customer won't check. When that didn't work for them, they said it was our fault for the part failing from overfilling with gas. This is ridiculous! I did my due diligence, and online there are hundreds to thousands of complaints for several Toyota brands, Charcoal Canister Failures, and many complaints list the dealership telling the customer it is their fault for overfilling the fuel tank. There are several other reasons this part can fail, and it really should be a RECALL ON EVERY VEHICLE AFFECTED. I will list the reasons in case this helps someone going through this same problem. Because of its design and the presence of check values that may become fouled with fuel, it is reported to fail frequently. It's located at the bottom of the vehicle, so debris can physically damage it. Also, it can clog with debris. Contamination from Liquid Fuel: fuel enters due to a malfunction in the fuel system. Now they want me to bring it back so they can check if something is wrong with the EVAP system. NO WAY, they should have been looking at that the second time it failed. Now it's the third time, and they want to wash their hands of it. After it failed the third time, they said the spark plugs needed to be replaced, which we did, and 2 weeks later, all the lights on the dashboard were on again, went back in, and then they said it was the Charcoal Canister. I have read the reviews for the sales department of this place also, and many people say don't purchase a car here or service it at Dry Ridge Toyota because they are liars, etc. This was resolved with Toyota Experience, as they were on the conference call. I had set up a time to have it replaced again, per their calling me to arrange a time. My husband went in, and the owner, whom we have never seen, came out of the office and said we are not doing the replacement, it's your fault it failed. SO, THEY LIED TO TOYOTA EXPERIENCE AND US, WASTED OUR TIME OFF WORK TO SCHEDULE. PLEASE READ ALL THEIR REVIEWS BEFORE DOING BUSINESS HERE.
