Not sure if he is a manager, but he definitely has a manager type of vibe about him. Very professional!! Location: This is on Buford Highway, which apparently has everything! After some back and forth in which I provided more context and he answered all of my questions, we mutually agreed on a solution that made the most sense. The quote went from being $2,000+ to about $500. I felt that his willingness to dialogue with me made all the difference, and I could tell quite plainly that he was completely honest, experienced, and also straightforward. Sure enough, he was able to work some magic on my catalytic converter, replace some spark plugs, and tweak a couple other things here and there. I originally took the car because it had failed an emissions inspection. When I arrived to pick it up, I found that he had taken the liberty of bringing the car to an emissions place and had already gotten it passed. The paperwork was sitting on my dashboard. It's been about 3 months since then; I wanted to wait some time to confirm that my issues would not return. Sure enough, my check engine light has not come back and my car has been operating perfectly. Thanks again, A&S.

I had driven to Atlanta from SC for business and while I was in town and on my way to an evening…read moremeeting, my car started overheating. Not knowing any service shops, based off reviews, I selected Anthem to have it towed to. I sent an email and left information and what had happened with it just hoping that they could possibly get to it the next day, which was a Friday, so I could drive back to SC that evening. Knew it was a long shot but Brett and team (Forry and Chris) squeezed it in, found the issue (fan wasn't working), got the OEM part in before ordering cutoff and got it fixed by the end of the day so I could drive back home that evening. I was so impressed with the communication and transparency throughout, including diagnosis and pricing. From when Brett initially called me in the morning, his attention to the details I provided in describing all the symptoms and events, to diagnosis, quickly ordering the part in and getting it worked in. I knew it would be difficult to get it fixed before the weekend, but they went above and beyond to make it happen. Even checking back a couple days later to make sure it was running okay and I had no further issues. I don't give long reviews often, but I was so very impressed with their kindness, understanding and thoroughness to get me back on the road. Finding a quality automotive service company can be difficult and take a couple of tries, but I feel very fortunate to have found them on my first shot. And if I lived in the area, Anthem would be my go to shop. Thank you Brett, Forry and Chris!

I cannot say enough about John and Regal Auto Body Shop. It's daunting enough shopping around for…read morequotes, much less having to deal with the body shops themselves. During my search, I came across either outrageous quotes, rude personnel, no response customer service, or turnaround times that would leave me without transportation for 6-8 weeks. We were so fortunate that we found John and his team and they were right in Brookhaven which was even better! John not only had competitive pricing, his turnaround time was definitely weeks faster than other shops. Throughout the entire process, John went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure we felt comfortable and communicated any set backs along the way. Our car took a bit longer than expected but the customer service he and his team provided was second to none and that was worth any delays. John was so accommodating when we needed him to come in early so we could drop off our car before heading to the airport, and I can say that MOST would never even consider it, not even close. In my experience, most body shops don't have much customer service, and I have dealt with some very bad ones that are well-known around the Buckhead/Brookhaven area. The ones that act like they could care less about you, your car, or your time. John treated us like we were friends and took great care of us every step of the way. Again, it is so hard to find friendly service these days, especially at body shops where I often felt like I was taken advantage of because I am a female, and Regal Auto Body exceeded my expectations. Fingers crossed I won't be visiting John anytime soon, BUT if something were to happen, I would not hesitate bringing my car to him. He is trustworthy, honest, friendly, and you can tell he loves what he does. When a vendor treats you like a guest in their home, and not a customer, it says so much about them and their work ethic. John aims to please and it was very evident. You just can't beat that kind of care and customer service! Keep up the great work guys and GO DAWGS!

Another poster on here mentioned that the shop doesn't accept credit cards, but they clarified that they only accept MasterCard and Visa. However, when I went to pay the machine was down. When assessing my car for regular maintenance needs (new brake pads and an oil change), he thoroughly investigated my all of my concerns and listened to me.
