They not only had the parts I needed, but also the tools and also delivered them to me on the side of the road. These people were very pleasant, professional, and were angels that went above and beyond to provide service in freezing cold temperatures. I can't say enough. I made sure my kids know how to change a tire, and wipers, jump a battery, and the basics. But one Sunday afternoon, my son was driving through town with his window rolled down and realized it would not go back up. He called us and asked what to do. Knowing how our local O'Reilly treats customers and takes care of them, we helped him find the closest O'Reilly to his location. A bit of googling lead us to believe it was just a blown fuse. He went into the Oak Street O'Reilly and asked for help. He didn't ask or expect anyone to do it FOR him, just point him in the direction of fuses. He had a photo on his phone of what fuse number controls the window motor of his make and model car and the man just absolutely refused to help him, refused to hear him out, and was extremely rude. He wandered around the store looking for fuses and felt frustrated and called us back. Conway was expecting many inches of rain over the next few days, so he was worried. I quickly found him another auto parts store down the street and he went there and got the help he needed and treatment (i.e. good customer service) we would also expect from O'Reilly. When it turned out that the problem wasn't a fuse, the man still helped him figure out what to do until Monday morning when a repair shop was open.

I've came here for oil changes and they tightened my cap on so tight, the next time I needed an oil change, they told me that I needed to go to an other auto shop to fix the cap that they overtightened. I also came here for new tires and they messed up one of my tire sensor that I had to go to another auto shop to have another shop fix my sensor. When I asked for another service, an employee at the register told me that they don't offer that service. I pointed to the list of services they had posted on the wall behind them which listed the service. The employees don't even know what they offer. The employees at the registers are hard to find too, they take so long to come when I'm trying to pay to leave.

I live north of Clinton , he listen to is sure I had with a truck fire which burnt up my 2019 gmc texas edition limited , he got me into a 2017 gmc. looks just like my old one but only had 70, 000 plus on it , always asked if I needed. any thing to drink or snack on , he remembers my post in Clinton area how I was treated by ins company. how they only alllow me 15,700 I put a good down payment on this truck. But I did notice the interest rate so that's the reason. My interest rate was higher because of the gap insurance is not paying their bill right now, but I will get it paid off as soon as I get the extra funds to do that to get rid of rate I gotta pay my taxes on it, no big deal. Super unprofessional staff. When purchasing the vehicle they gave me a price in text and then wrote…read morethe financing contract at a higher price. When I questioned them they said they'd send me the $1000 check difference instead of having to redo the paperwork. I wasn't thinking about all the other fees I incurred because of that extra $1000 so at the time I agreed. When I tried to contact them regarding the extra fees that I paid because of their mistake, it was almost impossible to get in contact with anyone. I was transferred to voicemails and told id receive calls back, which I never did. Finally accepting that they wouldn't agree to more than the $1000, the original check had expired. I called to get the original check replaced and they assured me they would resend the check. Apparently they sent it to my previous address that I hadn't lived at for over a year PRIOR to buying the vehicle. Not sure how they even got that address, then refused to resend the check to my current address unless they got the check returned to them from the wrong address, as if that is my issue. They blamed me, twisted my story, and made up lies all over what was originally THEIR MISTAKE and then THEIR MISTAKE AGAIN. I finally got the check a year later but I do not recommend doing business with any of them but especially stay clear of James Williams and Nate.
