So now back again, the 3rd time, now the guy refuses to help me. Refuses to give me back my money without a OG box. Told me it could take up to 6 months to get the unit I want on my bike. Over all this took a month, cause for the quote it took the young man a week to reach out to me, but I called back a week later to ask for the quote prices and he still didn't have the prices, so that got me skeptical. Confirmed everything over the phone and get here and nothing has arrived. Our neighbor came here and he was upset cause he too had an appointment and his tires wasn't here after even after making an appointment and making adjustments to go to a funeral. He was very upset. So I finally got the phone call that parts has arrived and got everything installed and it's nice & beautiful...only a couple of things to improve is greeting the customers, communication while standing and post signs that there's a waiting room. I didn't k on there was a waiting room at the end of short hallway. I figured there wasn't one cause everyone was waiting on the sales floor around the wheels.
