O'Reilly's offers the following free of charge; oil recycle, electrical test, wiper blade installation, check engine light, also they loan tools too. However, I recently bought a 2002 Jeep and for whatever reason, the thing did not have roof rack cross bars. So I logged onto LKQ's website, searched for my model, and boooyaa; it popped right up. 3 of them, pictures and all. I could see right from the pic that they had what I needed, and no call was necessary. 30 minutes and a $3 admission fee later, I was in the most well-organized auto junk yard I'd ever seen in my life. I used to hit Bearly Used and Copher's back in the day, and it was always a struggle to find what I needed. Not here though, I went right to the Chrysler section, and easily found what I needed. Pulled off the cross bars, paid $14 and I was gone with the wind! The staff was jovial, and it's only 30 minutes away, so I feel I will become very intimate with LKQ.
