The process was seamless from start to finish, and everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. Zane kept us updated every step of the way, which made the whole situation much less stressful. When we got the car back, it was spotless. They had washed and detailed the exterior, and even gave the interior a quick clean as well. Those extra touches really showed how much pride they take in their work and customer service. Highly suggest for any repair needs.

It's twice the distance from my house compared to my old dealership, but I'd had enough with their BS. I couldn't be happier with both the service and the dealership itself! They did a great job on my bike, kept me informed every step of the way, and were extremely hospitable while I waited. They even found a "repair" that my old dealership had done wrong, filed a claim with Polaris, and ordered the parts to fix it. This is what EVERY dealership should be like! When it's time for a new bike, I'll definitely buy it from here. Thanks Spartan Cycle!!!!

Took my vehicle to have mud-flaps installed. my vehicle was backed into a parking spot. At first…read moreeverything looked ok. when I arrived home and backed into my parking spot, the front end made terrible, loud noises, as the mud-flaps were catching on the tires when I turned and backed in. Whoever backed the vehicle in at St Clair Collision had to have heard that noise it was extremely loud. they had to know there was a problem. Even without that they're supposed to be professionals that who do this all the time and should've known even before they put them on that there might be a problem. But they let me it drive home after they backed it into their parking place and heard the noise. DISHONEST! When I took it back, all the manager would do is take the mud flaps off and give them back to me. NO REFUND!!! Not even an apology. I was called back later in the day and told they would give me $30 off of $220 detail. How can I trust them doing a detail on a vehicle when they not only did a bad install of the mud flaps they also let me drive off, without saying anything? to top it off weeks earlier, we let them do a $3000 job on another vehicle. when we picked the vehicle up, it smelled like BO/body odor. Now we wonder if that job was done right?

Well, i had brought my car here to have my exhaust replaced and to have my brakes done. He did a…read moregood job on the brakes however, the exhaust which was the same exhaust i already had on there is another story. I had purchased an exhaust for my car by magnaflow. Recently the cat gave out on it and i had to call and get a warranty on it and they sent me out a brand new exhaust. I brought my car up to universal on the day that they told me to bring it up there. On thier door the time they open says 9am, however i sat there for about a half hour past 9am and they still were not open. So because i worked the midnight shift i went back home cause i hadnt slept yet. I came back the next day and again, the same thing, however this time they showed up at 9:45am. To get to the point here, first off they are very flaky with thier hours, secondly i was charged 140.00 dollars just in labor to replace the exhaust, however i was sent down the road with it sitting right on the rear axle making a rattling noise. Ive taken it back 2 times and still it rattles. The last time i i had left it there for them to look at the following morning, and by 4pm that day, it still hadnt even been looked at. Then whatever he did to it this time, has failed and it continues to rattle even worse than before. I was told there was nothing he could do about it. So now im out 140 dollars and a bunch of wasted time, i have to go elsewhere and come out of my pocket again. I will not be returning to universal auto care. I wish i could return because they are so close to home, but it just is not worth it. The least he could have done was to refund some of the money that i had paid.
