The service department stinks with a couple exceptions. The manager Cataldo never appears to handle matters. Sends someone else out to handle situations. The people working there are condescending and not knowledgeable at the desk. This review has no bearing on the actual people doing the service to the vehicles. It's always a problem with the people at the desk when you pull in the service area. It's either that they don't retain the info given to them or it is NOT communicated by the manager. This is not the first time. Do better... way better. read more

Have gone to this Dealership for over 1-year, with my 2019 Chevy Equinox, and had a a small problem with my last oil change, spoke to "Devon" service Manager and he took care of the matter immediately to my Satisfaction "above"what l expected. Service department has had my jeep for a combined 2 months (it's a 2022 with 10k miles) service team has done nothing to fix it. Service manager told me he was going to baby the battery replaced, car was retuned to me still not fixed and no new battery. Also service team dose not reply to messages or calls, avoid this dealer. read more

They fired all the original service advisors that I had had good experience with and now with the new people I get no updates from them, I have had parts sitting waiting for me with no knowledge they had come in until they called and threatened to send them back if I didn't pick them up. My truck has been in for air suspension service and they have swapped four components and not fixed the problem yet and now waiting to have two more parts swapped. five trips to the dealer where they keep my truck all week and still not fixed. The mechanics have done good work just have not fixed it. My issue is more with the advisors. read more

Very disappointed with the service department and their lack of customer service and customer satisfaction. Brought my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk in for a rattle underneath the vehicle. I explained how easy it was to get the rattle to happen, just drive it over the draw bridge in town or any other bump. Their first repair I was told it was a missing bolt and a loose both from a heat shield. First bump I hit rattle still there. Next attempt, sway bar links almost $500 parts and labor (they did credit first repair cost). Waited for 2-3 weeks for parts to come in then had to wait another 2 weeks to get appointment to install. Appointment was for Thursday 8-11 at 10:00am, did not receive a call by Friday 8-12 noon, I called them "Oh I was just completing your order and was going to call you". I picked up vehicle, drove around the building hit a sewer, rattle still there. Writer was not available, mechanic out to lunch. Another writer got in the vehicle, I hit the same sewer "wow that's pretty loud" I asked if anyone took the time to test drive, of course he couldn't answer. A $500 unnecessary repair. Needless to say I was not in a good in a negotiating mood after that. Took vehicle for weekend. Placed a call 9:35am into the service manager that next Tuesday 8-16, got his voice mail, left a message to call me back by 3:00pm. No call back. Reluctantly took it back for 3rd attempt, (which did fix the problem). Was a much simpler repair (which they did not charge for) but no attempt to compensate me for the $500.00 unnecessary parts and labor. Was told by writer to come in an hour and he would have it all figured out. He was out to lunch, no one else was there who knew anything about it. I will never be back. Sadly I own 3 Chrysler products they will never see for repairs, maintenance or replacement of when I need to buy new. read more

I brought my Jeep Cherokee in to have serviced. Had an oil change and tire rotation. Had them look at the front suspension because it was riding rough. They said needed new suspension in the front. Ok. Three days later and with a big price tag. I get the Jeep home and found they only replaced the drivers side. I called to ask WHY? Received no call back Friday. Or on Monday. Called back Monday. received no call back Tuesday. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Paid and received a poor service and even poorer customer service. read more

I don't usually leave reviews but I am very upset at what just happened. I wish I could give ZERO stars!!! We went to get a quote for a lease vehicle. Mike Butler, the sales guy, said they were going to appraise our current lease to see if we could get some equity from it. While we test drove he appraised our truck. When we came back to talk prices he started quoting higher prices than we had talked about before we left. We didn't understand where he was getting this pricing from. He then showed us a copy of paperwork we had in OUR truck from the Chevy dealer and said well isn't that what you were getting from them. He went through paperwork in OUR vehicle and then took a photocopy of it!!! HE WENT THROUGH OUR PROPERTY!!! That is some shady *hit. Very unhappy about this visit. I will never be back to this location and I will dissuade any friends or family also. read more

We came to this dealership and loved the personal attention that you get here. It's a smaller dealership compared to some of the big city dealerships that we were used to going to. I love that the salesmen do everything there from showing you the car to doing the finance paperwork with you and introducing you to staff in parts, service, etc. Who does that?? St Clair does that! Our salesman, Jake Liphardt, is the BEST! I told him that we didn't want our payment to be over a certain amount and he was able to work out a great deal for us. He gets to know his customers, listens to what they want, thinks about what they need (even if they don't realize they need it until they have it) and then delivers! He honestly picked out my new truck without my hubby or I even being there and it's PERFECT ! Jake did such a great job picking the perfect truck, that I think this one will stay in the driveway for the entire length of the contract ... something I don't usually do. In 20 years and 20 vehicles, I think I've only kept 2 until the contract ended. Jake made this one of the most stress free car leasing experiences ever. I'm extremely pleased with my new truck, this dealership and my super salesman, Jake Liphardt ! read more

Took my truck in for warranty work and they had it about 6 hours, than called and said they know there is a problem but wouldn't have the time to fix it, I couldn't leave it as I was leaving town on the following Monday I asked about Sat as my appointment was on a Friday, I was told and I quote I wouldn't trust your vehicle with our weekend tech. I was unhappy that my truck wasn't fixed than outraged they charged me a diagnosis fee when they never even provided a diagnosis, I have called 3 different places and they all said they would just replace the part without needing it for an extended period of time. St. Clair must be too busy for my business. read more
