The radiator was taken out and laid in the back of the van and then all of the engine parts thrown on top of the radiator. Long story short - 7 weeks later the van was supposedly repaired. After driving 1/2 mile the engine light came on and the engine was overheating due to the multiple holes in the radiator. Simply put - this dealer needs to close up shop. Hiring incompetent mechanics is not a good business model. The managers didn't seem to care about the issues, but eventually got the van fully repaired after keeping my only vehicle for 2 months.

She ordered it, but later found out that body parts are not shipped overnight. She told me that their deliveries were first thing in the morning, so I had her to keep the order for me. Unfortunately, when I arrived on Wednesday, the part had not arrived, because their distribution center had shipped it by separate delivery service. Since our flight left that morning, Caroline offered to hold the part for us. She did so and we were able to arrange for the replacement of the part. Caroline was diligent and friendly. The man, who was called "Gabe" by his co-worker, was extremely dismissive when I explained (with product, box and receipt in hand) that I wanted a refund or an even change and claimed that it wasn't his responsibility. When I pointed out that the procedure for making such returns is clearly printed on the box and that the warranty was still valid, he claimed that my transaction wasn't in the system. When I pointed out that the original receipt proved that the transaction took place, he reiterated that it wasn't in the system, and as such, I "didn't exist". Avoid this company and, especially, avoid this store.

When I went to have the work done, Jamie and his colleague Crystal lined up an Enterprise rental for me, complete with Enterprise pick up at the shop. My car work was done the next day, ahead of when Jamie had promised, and not only does it look beautiful, they washed my car and cleaned the interior, too. Another very nice touch is I was able to leave the car rental at the shop when I got my car, and they handled getting it picked up for me. Very convenient. I made an appt. with Gardner Paint & Body Shop and I was surprised to see such an immaculate office. Patrick came out, looked at car and within 10 minutes I had the estimate in writing. He told me they were booked til Monday, so they could order parts and schedule it then and it would take two days. I called Friday to see if I could get my car fixed on Wed and Thurs instead of Mon and Tues. Sure, no problem and they let me know my car parts had come in. Dropped the car off Wed. and April gave me a ride home. Thursday afternoon they called when it was ready and I picked it up.
