Thankfully, we were only seven miles from a dealership. After having the car towed, the service team immediately started working on the issue, despite their busy schedule. Although they were unable to obtain the necessary part on a Friday, they arranged for a rental car and drove us 35 minutes to collect it. The following day, I received a call to inform me that the repairs were complete. Additionally, the service team took the initiative to inspect my vehicle for known issues and discovered that the fuel pump was malfunctioning, which they subsequently replaced. (They weren't able to do any actual work for the problems her car was having, as it's outside of their expertise). Came here with my wife's 2011 Subaru suspecting transmission problems. They didn't go into a full confirmation detail, but did some fairly extensive up-front testing to confirm my suspicious (which were later fully confirmed at another shop per my wife's request). Couple that with recommendations to help get the problem resolved (including where NOT to go), and this place is hands down one of the first places I'd recommend looking at if you have car trouble.

Tyler discovered a seized caliper which is what caused the brake pad issue. Had us up, running and back on the road in just a couple of hours. Been home for a month and all is well. I brought it in at opening this morning and hung out with a friend. They called me late morning and told me what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I just picked it up.
