As part of the sale, I was promised a new bumper. That was over 3 week ago. I have made 3 phone calls since then and showed up for an appointment only to find out the part was never ordered. Does the "Hunter Hometown Promise" only apply to new cars? It's incredibly disappointing to see a locally owned company treat their customers like this.

Here's what happened; I was traveling through and discovered that the crash bars on my BMW GSA 800 were barely hanging on! Now mind you, I had JUST picked the bike up from service at a different BMW shop (in NC) and those guys sent me on the road after KNOWING they had stripped the bolts that held the crash bar expansion nuts in to the frame of my bike. Had I crashed, they probably would have folded in and broken both of my legs. The gang at EUROSPORT stopped what they were doing on a BUSY Saturday morning, and within 20 minutes had me on the road again with new, much sturdier bolts AND a freshly wiped down / cleaned up bike!
