    I've revised my opinion of this place on my second visit ... very unprofessional staff …read more.. unwilling to help or give out information ... or they just don't know the answers ... I cannot really tell what is going on here. Stopped in for a case of oil ... easy peasy right? WRONG!!! They don't sell cases of oil, nor do they offer a discount if you buy 12 single bottles. Also, they have a sign that says "Ask our Parts Professional about our Military Discount," (I am a veteran) but when I asked what the discount was, he says, and I quote ... "it varies ... I don't really know" ... very professional (sarcasm). "PARTS PROFESSIONAL?!?!" Ha!!! More like "Parts Idiot.!!" Do yourself a favor, just skip this place and drive a few miles down the road to Napa ... they sell oil by the case and at a significant discount ... No Cheers for this crappy O'Reilly's ... BYE FELICIA!!! P.S. They supposedly offer a price-match guarantee... I bet that's why they don't sell oil by the case, because then they'd have to price-match it ... SNEAKY, TRICKSY O'Reilly!!!

It is beyond…read morewords to witness the incomparable care that each person is given when I go to get work done at Calabro - not to mention how every individual's needs is taken care of in an efficient manner. And if you do go, make sure you give a greeting to the guys going back and forth between the front and the bays... I hate to talk smack on a locally-owned family business, but I am still a little incensed from my last visit there, where I had a nail in my tire, and they charged me thirty bucks to fix it (for reference, I had a small tractor tire repaired here a year or so ago, and they charged $4.00 (Thanks Perry). Most places charge $12-15 for a plug. There was a new guy there last time who I had never seen before, so I guess since he is new, he decided to charge me double to impress the bosses (I didn't say anything that day, because I am generally a mild-mannered guy, but I've been bothered ever since, especially because my check tire light keeps going off, and I had to put air in my tires three times since the repair. Also, the new guy told me after the service, that my tires were getting "feathered" or some term like that, which I'd never heard before. I asked what it meant, and he said it was probably from not rotating the tires enough (Admittedly, I have had them rotated a few times, but not too frequently). Well, I bought those tires here, and they offer free tire rotations on tires purchased here, so why didn't he offer to rotate them for me? Anyways, I think I am done with Calabro, I am tired of the poor service and high costs. Sorry Jeanine, Perry, Butch, and all the rest of the staff ... No more Cheers for you! P.S. I just remembered, my wife's car had a slow leak also, from the last time it was repaired at Calabro. She took it some place near where she works, and it was plugged for ten bucks!

    I picked up my truck from Carvana yesterday and my experience was generally positive, but there…read morewere a few things worth calling out. I spoke with two client service reps over the phone. The gentleman I spoke with was great and genuinely helpful. The woman I spoke with felt more dismissive, which took away from the experience. When I arrived for my pickup appointment, the rep helping me was friendly and handled everything smoothly. He even gave me recommendations for local mechanics to complete my PA state inspection. I had seen reviews saying some vehicles did not pass inspection, so I took mine in right away. It passed without any issues. My appointment was at 9 AM. By 9:30 there were three other clients waiting and only one rep working. It felt like a scheduling or staffing issue, but even with that I was only there for about an hour to an hour and a half. The truck itself was in good shape and matched the listing. The interior was the real disappointment. It was not detailed at all and placing two paper mats in the front row does not count. There was dirt on the dash and in the cupholders. Almost every hard surface has a white residue on it. Having worked in the automotive industry for six years, I would never let a client drive home in a vehicle that looked like that. I will either have to pay to have it detailed or do it myself, which should not be the case Carvana. The process was convenient and the truck was as described, but the lack of interior detailing and some service inconsistencies kept this from being a higher rated experience.

Six months of fighting with members of Carvana and I am stressed and beyond annoyed. Avoid.
