Also nice that you can bring old oil in for recycling and it's free. Have come to this location several times and it's pretty good. They keep it decently clean and well stocked. Some of the employees are friendly and some are not, so it really just depends on the day what you're going to get. They also have convenient hours, too. Nothing crazy mind-blowing here but it's consistent with what you'd expect and gets the job done.

Overpriced used cars with unfair, low ball trade-in offers compared to three other nearby dealers…read more They showed us a vehicle with dings on the door and an error light illuminated on the dashboard that they distracted our comments on by redirecting to how the car's interior appeared - and then lowered the price a few days later. They keep telling me the trade in car had damage which we know. They keep stating I didn't get a better offer at 3 different dealers, and we ultimately chose one of them, but we did and that's why we chose them. We got a much fairer value for our trade in as the condition was at a different dealer. Apparently going in to negotiate sales prices and trade in values with a preapproval is not what they like to deal with, and they will accuse you of bullying them when you leave an honest review and need to edit it.

Mark's said they were available for my service request online and let me schedule an appointment through yelp. Was for a simple brake estimate. Said it would be free for the estimate. Dropped off my vehicle early. Sign outside says "free estimates". On arrival, staff said they had no knowledge of my appointment or request (awesome!). Said it would be no problem and they would take a look at the brakes. Said if I decided to move forward with the repair, it should be able to be done today, in a couple hours. Dropped off vehicle around 9:30 am. 1pm comes around, no calls or updates. I was about to give them a call, since it was nearing the end of their work day. I finally get a call. Staff says they did a visual inspection, but it would be $50 for them to take the wheels off and give me an estimate. I'm like you had my car for hours and you haven't even started looking at it, and now you want to charge me for an estimate? I told them I would just pickup the car, because they haven't even worked on it. On my arrival back to the facility, my car hasn't moved one inch, from where I left it. If you are so busy and have so much business, why even bother wasting my time, by saying you could work on it the same day? Hope it was was worth it, because I will never be back or refer anyone here.

The shop was clean, everyone was nice and most importantly the fixes and prices they presented seem to be fair. They addressed my issues and found a few more that I figured came with the age of the car. Turns out I was wrong. I decided to get the work done here and should be able to pick her up today.
