When I went to pick up my order the following day, I was told my order had already been picked up. Well, as I didn't pick up the order, I asked who did. All they could give me was a basic description of the person they gave my order to. Despite the fact that my order had only my name as the authorized pick up person, the employee gave my parts to a random person. I was told that they would not have given my order to someone unless they had my name. No one would have known about my order. The pick up was done just before closing, so I can only imagine the employees were more interested in getting out of there than they were about following procedures. Absolutely terrible customer service and the blame for their screw up was pushed off on me. Avoid this location like the plague!

Before any of that could happen, I left with two new rear tires and went upon my way. My TPM light was still on, but I figured it would reset soon, then 15m on 90 exprwy my Red Tire Pressure light came on. As I looked for the closest exit, BAM my tire blew. Yes the tire I'd just purchased blew completely off as I was travelling on expressway. I had slowed down luckily, but it could have been a disaster. I called the location and spoke with Clementine. He said I must have done something for the tire to blow. That is unusual. I stated that no I did not hit anything or run over anything and that my light was on right after I left the location. He said I would have to come in to have the car and the tires checked. I did so following day. He showed me my tire and stated that my alignment could have caused it. I stated that was highly unlikely that an alignment would rub a new tire to the point of blowing in 20 min. He stated there was nothing he could do and that he wasn't refunding me. I had initially intended to have the tire replaced, but because of the despicable treatment and the continued accusations that I had been responsible for the tire blowing out. I stated I wasn't comfortable doing business with them and wanted my original tire and spare. He stated he wouldn't do that and I said that the tire has a warranty on it at least for 48hrs, even though I did not purchase the additional warranty. Finally I asked him to call regional manager. He did so. He waited on 4 people after hanging up from the call, and finally came over to state that he would refund me and replace the tires. I do not recommend this location and warn anyone about their practices. I do not believe you get what you pay for. I don't believe my alignment was checked. I don't believe my tire was installed properly. Beware.

I was advised I needed an oil change, which I approved, but was not informed it included a tire rotation. I did NOT need this done. ( nothing is free) This was my first experience with this shop and was hoping I found a place for future services. Definitely not. I asked for an adjustment on the battery check and terminal cleaning of $138.97, but received no reply. ( I did send them a photo) My advice: Make sure you get pricing in advance!
