Other similar shops quoted $250. Went in spoke with Cody and received a $175 quote and they could have done in 2 hours. Work is warrantied for a year. Was completed in 1 hour and within quote. I wasn't pressured to purchase needless products. And their assessment of the issue was the same as the dealer and other shops. They were just able to replace the muffler without the expense of replacing the entire exhaust. I will update if any issues arise. But I was satisfied with the service and the experience.

Associate was courteous, said they had one for us and to come on up they'd get it installed in a few minutes. Sounded great. Once there though, it was a bit of a mess. They sold us a battery but then figured out they misplaced the tools to do the install. Sent us to the O'Fallon Autozone with the uninstalled battery and apologies. When we arrived there, we learned they sold us the wrong battery too. Luckily the O'Fallon store was a bit more on top of things and got everything fixed for us pretty quickly. Given the experience at the Fairview Heights store, probably won't return.
