I explained to him every glove in that section is priced at $24.99. He wouldn't honor the displayed price and would rather keep $10 versus keeping a customer. Unbelievable! Since COVID, based on their price, these particular gloves jumped $20. I will be taking my business to Advanced Auto.

I have done business with this site (formerly Thomsons) back in the day when they were one of the…read moreonly shops in town. Until recently, I appreciated thier ability to turn rotors. On Friday Oct 11 I called and asked if they would turn 4 rotors for me on Sat. They told me yes. I brought the rotors in at 8am as they suggested. The gentlemen behind the counter told me NO. They would not be able to turn them. I explained to them I called earlier, was told they would and how I need them. When I returned later they were UGLY. "That will be $90." Inner surface not cleaned for a good seat on the lathe (produce runout), EVERY rotor had LOTS of rust remaining. I asked for a micrometer and measured them. The front were still .050 from min while the rears were .030 from min. WHY DID THEY WASTE MY TIME AND PRODUCE JUNK? Now I was faced with waiting for 2 more days until the rotors would be available. Guess they taught me never to have rotors turned. I went elsewhere to buy new rotors.
