Me and my dad replaced all speakers in the vehicle after I purchased it, I've had them for years and they worked just fine. The speakers are built to support heavy base and high decibels, my speaker would not sound how it does today if I did not take my vehicle to campus garage. Furthermore, a couple years ago I took my vehicle to campus garage because it was leaking oil. They told me my radiator was busted and needed replacing immediately, not true. Antifreeze is green oil is not green. (The misdiagnosis was confirmed incorrect by the dealership). I should've known to not to take my vehicle there again no matter how much time has passed. But, when you're desperate it calls for desperate measures. I do not recommended campus garage.

Typically that requires the dealer involvement. The closest Audi dealer is in Des Moines and not terribly convenient to get to. They went out of their way to help me out, Got my new battery installed, got it programmed and I was on my way. Car is running like a champ! Thank you!!

The part they sent me was unusable because one of the nuts was welded at an angle, making proper installation impossible. I contacted them multiple times via email -- no response. I returned the defective part, but they only issued a partial refund. This is not a professional company. If anything goes wrong, good luck getting any support. I went online to setup an appointment and it told me to call. I called and it took me through the steps to confirm my appointment. I go into their store at the time my appointment was and told this red headed guy I was there a little early for my appointment and he just looked at me and said there are no appointments today. I replied that I went online and called and it said I was confirmed and he repeated there is no appointment. Then after looking on his computer he said I was on some waitlist to be called and that I don't have an appointment and laughed at me as if I am familiar with their scheduling process. He then asked seemingly annoyed what I'm looking to get tinted on my car and rudely said well we don't have anything for scheduling today and that he'll need to get me scheduled. I was done at that point and told him I'll just call and he laughed at me again. In actuality I will not be calling them back and will be taking my money elsewhere. Do you train your employees to laugh at customers and be rude? Also do you train your employees to not offer options or to not say things like, "oh I'm sorry about the scheduling issue you experienced. Let me get you scheduled right away." This guy in front is a joke and needs to not be interacting with customers.

I had my 2024 Golf R tinted today at Tint World in Urbandale, they did a fantastic job…read more For those who have a VW Golf, you probably know how hard it is to tint the windows on these cars - many places turned me away, or wouldn't do the back window at all, because the windows are smaller in size and hard to get tint properly placed on them. Although they were unable to do the windshield, due to the difficulty and specialty tools involved, they were able to do all side windows and back window and it looks fantastic, I would highly recommend. They were prompt and professional, 10/10 service and communication.
