LoanCare says that they need to be paid for May, despite the fact they didn't own the mortgage at the time the scheduled payment was due and made on time. Since then, they have said that the June and July payments which were made right on time - are actually late payments with June's payment being counted for May and July's payment being the late June payment. Numerous calls have been made and each time they had said, ok, just send over this paperwork, send over your bank statements showing these payments have been - and despite doing everything they've asked and sending it over, they were never acknowledged and they used autopay to access TWO payments for July. Oh yeah, they've been doing this to a 61-year-old on a fixed income undergoing cancer treatments.

Then a few hours later someone from PNC calls me and tells me that I owe them $25 to deposit this check, and I have to come BACK to the bank, to give them money, to take my money. What kind of service is this? If I want to pay a check cashing fee I'll just go to a liquor store. When I asked them to waive it since it was their mistake and honestly I just have no issue going somewhere else, they said they won't waive it. It's good to find out early that they're going to treat you poorly, so I just closed the account within days of opening it.
