Just left after having used ALL of my lunch HOUR in line! There was but ONE clerk at NOON (PRIME TIME) ON THE FIRST OF THE MONTH to attend to customers. To add insult, this clerk was PURPOSELY moving SLOWLY; as the drive thru clerk stood by talking. Also, the manager remained on her phone this entire time with NO INTEREST/CONCERN for her patrons. Though many of us had been in.line for over 45 MINUTES; the manager NEVER BOTHERED to AT LEAST apologize/address the LONG INEXCUSABLE wait! Aside from this incident, there is NO WAY to recover or address issues on Sunday. I was not able to send Zelle payments 2 WEEKS (6/22& 6/29) IN A ROW-- costing me OVER $725!! It does offer two outside walk up ATMs and one drive through ATM. It also offers drive through service for check deposits/cashing and stuff of that matter. Good bank, just be prepared to wait.
