When I first spoke with the owner, Grant, I was in the planning stages of what needed done on the…read morehome my wife and I recently bought. A LOT needed done. I was getting quotes from everywhere and running out of money getting the most necessary done. Roofing and siding was an afterthought. Grant called after 6 months asking if I was still needing him and all I could say was I didn't have the cash and he let me know could always reach out when I was ready. Eight months later I called him and it was like we just talked the day before! He even had the original notes he had taken when we first discussed my needs and the worries I had!! For a business to keep records on a project they don't even have a contract for for over a year told me that Grant values each person who contacts him, cares about their business and WANTS to provide customers with exactly what they want. The homes roof had been replaced 5 years prior, and Grant said that they could put another layer on and save me money while sealing any issues that might be underneath but I was worried about the boards of the deck layer being rotted. We settled on a price to tear off the existing shingles and expose the decking, replace any bad boards found as well as replace underlayment and shingles. I talked about the way the fascia looked like it was in poor shape as well and that i was thinking about getting new siding and gutters as well and Grant offered to give me a quote on that too. After looking at what materials he uses, comparing to other quotes and material specifications, Grant again came in under most and left me feeling that North Coast Builders could offer me affordable pricing and consistency in workmanship. Once materials were ordered things moved quickly. Once materials were delivered it was a matter of days before the crew arrived to start. In one day I had a new roof with rotted boards replaced, new underlayment, shingles and new roof vents installed replacing eave vents I requested be covered over. Fascia had been fixed or replaced, and readied for gutters. Weather held up installation of those for a day, but once the rain cleared gutters were installed in a day as well (even though it was a Saturday!). The next week held more, with siding taking a couple of days. I was very impressed that any mess was cleaned up as they went along and at the end of each day the crew walked around the house to make sure everything was neat and tidy. Whenever I had a question or concern Grant was just a phone call away and addressed things quickly and to my satisfaction. At the beginning of this project Grant had given me a brochure showcasing projects North Coast Builders had completed, and in the end I felt like the work they did on my home was showcase quality as well and ready to be added to their catalog. I've had others who work in the construction industry look at what's been done and each told me they were impressed with the attention paid to details. Stanziano gave me 80% of my contracted cement . Down sized the concrete pad . The excavator did…read moreit correctly and then they changed it . The owner blamed me. He was there and measured the 9'6'' width and I dug down 8'' right in front of him from the pine tree and hit no roots. All they had to do was put the form where the excavator (foreman of the job marked it. (9'6'') and the apron 10' which some how got changed to 8' !!! . Then claimed the apron had to be uniform with the front of the pad. NOT TRUE. That`s why it`s called an apron. I waisted 3000 dollars on that job. Not wide enough to park on; plus when the forms were removed, nothing was under the right rear of the pad bur AIR !!!,. To add insult to injury, the owner has one of his workers dump a bucket of gravel by the corner; plus the concrete there was only 2 '' thick. THEY OWE ME 600 dollars over charge, plus I`d like my receipt paid in full, that I requested several times. They claimed they were the best around ! I beg to differ !! Don D.

Countless promises were made, no permits, excuses to fix. Submitted to Attorney General with 45 pages of supporting evidence. Finally was determined in 2025. Concrete company determined inferior concrete but would not pay. Loyal Construction said not paying for fix. Tyler offered to correct the patio and driveway for $20,000. No mention on providing a breakdown on 2 projects. Thoroughly researched company and promises were made to help veterans and disable clients.
