Bruce and Gary (the owners) genuinely cared and made sure that I was happy with my new roof. Bruce does more of the sales aspect and answered every question and addressed every concern I had. He has samples you can check out and a huge list of nearby homes that Distinctive has installed their roofs. Not once did he try to pressure me to go with their company or try to sell me additional products that he knew weren't in my budget. Metal roofs are all these guys do. And they do it right. Gary handles the installation. He has a crew of Amish guys who were awesome and have been with Distinctive Metal Roofing for about 8 years. Knowing the attrition rate in construction, I think the fact that the crew has been with them nearly a decade says something right there. They got right to work and did the two layer tear off, relocated an attic fan, closed off unnecessary vents and installed the new roof in one day. They were careful to get all the nails and any loose debris picked up. After they left you couldn't even tell that they had been there. The crew treated my home with great care and respect. I'm very happy with my new roof. It has the appearance of a shingled roof but has the durability, zero maintenance and energy savings of a metal roof.
