I watched the guy Chris brought pull up weeds (the small ones) by hand, not dig them out or get to the root, just pull up the visible part. He left several big weeds standing. The weeds he pulled are already back. Chris said that his weed spray would last us the rest of summer and fall. The weeds are back in full force. I wish I had put my money elsewhere for landscaping. Would not recommend.

He messaged me back within 30 minutes of sending the original message, even when he was working that day. He went over to my parents yard that evening and gave a real quote that was very reasonable. He already had a payment plan and structure given within the first couple of messages after the real estimate. He sent over the official quote, my parents approved and he got them on the schedule within the first week. Did a great job on the first week. He was also open to different plan options. Would recommend! There were many great options for lawn services in the area but he was very responsive and worked with what we needed for first time non-do it yourselfers as my parents are used to cutting their own lawn.

When I finally called the company they said they hadn't seen the limb I was talking about in the pictures I sent them. I resent the pictures with the limb circled. He said he never saw that & if he did, the quote would have been more!! Very poor business practice. Even if he "didn't" notice it, he could have said it was an oversight & removed it! Funny, I could almost feel his arrogance through the email! How dare I question him! I see that I'm not the only one dissatisfied with the company.

During the estimate, he pointed out numerous problems with the original installation and assured us that he would take good care of my mother and provide a quality driveway that would last. Unfortunately, less than two years later - close to a year - the surface of the new driveway is already showing widespread scaling/spalling throughout multiple sections. The attached photos show the condition of the concrete. When I contacted him about the issue, his response was simply that it was caused by a "bad batch of concrete." Ironically, that was the exact same explanation given by the contractor whose driveway he had criticized. No inspection was offered, no recommendations were provided, and no effort was made to help resolve the problem. I understand that issues can arise in construction projects. What disappointed me most was the lack of concern and the absence of any attempt to stand behind the work. After paying twice to have my mother's driveway done correctly, I expected a better outcome and a more professional response.
