The sub floor at the water source and outside of the bathroom were cut through allowing water to leak into the basement. Further more, you damaged the collar and bolts for the toilet resulting in leaks. Due to the type of pipe under the toilet to the stack, it had to be cut and a new collar and bolts installed. I could also complain of lack of professionalism by your "coworkers" with the "racist dog" remarks or the "who ever is reading this can s$@k my d/@k" but I digress..
