I have a complex insurance portfolio of rentals that are SFH and townhomes owned by LLC, Living…read moretrusts with an umbrella policy . Master condo policies are complex to understand and it is vital to know what they cover before you just sign up for your personal HO6 condo insurance. Gaps can wipe up protection you thought you had and oversight can cost you money for coverage you don't need as master policy may cover it . Also umbrella coverages require LLC and Trusts to be designated correctly for your insurance to pay. I can absolutely say that in my 30 years of owning rentals , there is no better person than Gilda Aquino at this agency that understand this. I've talked to likely 50+ agents at various institutions like State Farm , Allstate, Others , she's the very best .She's like a consultant that will provide you optimal coverage with thorough explanation. She's prompt also. Don't go anywhere else . Insurance is risk mitigation, don't go to an agency that just compounds the risk and in addition takes your money . Most highly recommend !

A general rescue for AAA when i called for service this morning... not newly and isolated for this…read morelocation. I was assigned for archive with PRO TOWING in Chino, CA. I locked out. I had my services with an unbelievable human being that went there extra mile ensure they battery service i requested was met advice and being expectations. Below is what i wrote for PRO TOWING ABOUT THE SERVICE... Excellent service most of the time; today, however, was extra special with a "battery-service" call through AAA. The service guy, SHARIF SAID was amazing. The requested service was not only fulfilled with great enthusiasm but with well-intended effort to ensure satisfaction of his personal service was experienced. It was a great joy and Ives me thrill to endorse SHARIF for active needing help. I tried to give him incentive / tip for his work and he would not take it. He immediately noticed as he tried to plug the jumper cable that the red/positive battery connector was the concern. It didn't cooperate when he tried to tighten it. He went beyond that and looked hot alternative solution outside the box to ensure it gets tighten and I'm able to take it for recommended replacement of said connector. I highly recommend SHARIF for anyone looking for service. Truly the value of the menders was met with great enthusiasm and care!!! Thank you SHARIF

My insurance was up for renewal with Bridger Insurance who was charging me roughly $700 total split…read moreat the beginning of this month and at the end of this month, which is why I wanted to make the switch because it's a renewal and I should not have to put a down payment again. I already had an issue last year with freeway insurance when I was charged $1,000 for insurance and a broker fee I was never told about. I spoke with Yvette Acosta this time who said she can rewrite my policy and it would be cheaper. I was charged roughly "$500 for the month". As I was signing the documents and reviewing them I seen another charge at the end of this month for roughly 300, which is more than my old policy to continue it. That's a total of 900 to start it. I asked to call back and I looked into it further and saw that the new policy was more expensive. What they did was ask for AN EVEN HIGHER DOWNPAYMENT to make my monthly payments look cheaper. I called back and to my surprise she was in "meetings constantly" after taking my initial $500 payment. After multiple attempts to speak with her I finally got through and confronted her about it. I was told that the payment was $500 this month of May. She was never transparent/clear that I was going to be charged an additional payment of $300 at the end of May. She was rude and told me she did not know where "my math came from". She added everything up herself and saw that this new policy was indeed more expensive than my old one. I asked for my $500 back which they submitted a claim but now can take up to two weeks. Don't come here! Not worth the hassle. I wasted 4 hours of my day.
