Bought a Road King and was to get a windshield with it! That never happened! Called 3 or 4 times in 3 months they weren't able to find a windshield for my bike! Charged 8 hours labor for the 1000 mile service but actually had the bike less than 4 hours. Wanted $500 to install an exhaust on a Street Bob. Save your money. Go somewhere else! read more

AHD is a beautiful showroom a well stocked motor clothes department. The staff is nice enough.

My rear tire was punctured and I needed a new one. On the plus side, they got me into the shop quickly but on the negative side, they charged me $491 to replace the tire (with a military discount). That is way too much and I don't think I'll be going there again. read more

I wouldn't recommend this location for the driving school for a couple of reasons. The cost - I paid $225 when the HD shop in both Clearwater and Port Charlotte only charge $99 plus $10 for book, for the exact same course. The people - generally the staff here seemed a bit uppity. Which for someone new to riding is unsettling. I would have hoped for a much warmer welcome. The classroom course - lots of classroom time but I'm not sure how useful flipping through a book looking for answers to 170+ questions really is. Should have been more real world discussion and less hunting for random answers. The written test is only 25 questions. The road course - didn't spend nearly enough time covering the things that are tested as a part of driving test. Didn't feel like the basics were covered thoroughly. The specifics of the exam are a "secret" and not disclosed until you take the exam, not sure the point of that. Goal Is to get the least amount of points in 5 different situations. Course assistant - would not answer even the most basic questions. Course coach - needs better time management skills. Went over all 3 days and fell way behind on day 2. Having never done this I told coach I was tired, was having trouble focusing and felt i needed a short break to regroup, my skills reflected the lack here but we had to keep going which is one of the things they address in the classroom training, don't ride if tired, drowsy. Don't continue, don't pass the course. Spent way too much time on items that the group as a whole seemed to have mastered. There was a smoker who was not happy about the lack of regular breaks as well. Would have been better to set expectations, a 5-10 minute break every 60-90 minutes. The dealership - the showroom and the shop are actually quite small compared to other HD I've been too. I don't believe they have a single woman salesperson. As a female I would feel more comfortable buying from a woman. Seems like the ladies are cashiers & f&i, and possibly office staff. Riding location - was in a parking lot of college. It was difficult to see the patterns we were to follow as there was a plethora of markings on the pavement. Some for parking spaces others for other training courses. With so much going on they needed larger cones, I kid you not the cones they primarily used were probably 6 inches tall and difficult to see. I did not pass the driving test, I could have retaken the exam with them for free but I opted to pay to take the course again at another HD location. I don't feel like I got a handle on the basics of riding here. I will post a review of the location I did go to if you're interested in reading. read more

I visited this dealership over a month ago. Was looking to find bars for my bike which are literally impossible. They were trying to take me into getting into a new bike which I wasn't opposed to but I wanted to find a fix for my bike in all honesty. So they did take my information and I told them to hold off running my credit until I figure things out and what I truly want to do. It's been over a month and they called me today to tell me they found a bike that think I might like. I spoke with the sales manager over the phone and told him NO I am going to keep my bike because I found someone that found bars for my bike. He said no problem. Then I get a text from a sales guy sending me a picture of the bike they were referring to. I texted him back also saying the same thing I told the sales manager that I was keeping my bike and that I was going to try new bars. And I would let them know if anything changes. About 30 minutes later there is a hard inquiry on my credit. I received three alerts. This dealership ran my credit without my permission.. not cool. This is illegal and against the law. I never gave permission. The sales manager did say it was miscommunication on their part between him and the other sales guy but still not a legal way to do business. He is going to follow up with the credit bureau and see if this can be removed since it was their error. Not sure if this will happen or not. But if not I will be taking things to the next level. This was illegal activity by this dealership so be very careful about doing business with them. read more

I bought a Electra Glide Ultra classic from these guys. They must have saw me coming. The CD player skips with every cd I put in it. I even went to the store and bought a new copy of a favorite CD. Fresh out of package it skips like crazy. It was not this way when I looked at the bike. There is a small dent in front fender. Again it was not there when I looked at the bike. Both myself and dealership agree on this. same with CD player. I called the dealership a few days after having it delivered to me and mentioned that there were issues with the bike and I wanted them fixed. They started giving me prices that it was going to cost for service. Wait a minute I just bought the bike. I pretty much got the sorry about your bad luck speech. I asked how long I had to bring it back because I was unsatisfied. They said I was stuck with it. I could bring it back in and trade it on something else, but I would not get what I paid for it a few days earlier, because they have to make money on it. As I said the bike was delivered and I feel the damage happened in transport. The driver even forgot the key to unlock the trailer when he delivered the bike and had to go back to dealership to get it. I also told the dealership at the time of purchase I wanted louder pipes. They sold me some slip on pipes that they charged me to install and they are not any louder. If anything they are quieter. I advise people who are thinking of buying a Harley to steer clear of this dealership. Btw the bike does not run now either. Take the extra drive and go to Tampa/ St Pete or Ft Myers. 10/10 for this dealer right here. I was searching for a 2020 street bob and inquired at FOUR different locations. This is the only dealer that was true to their word and didn't mess around. They gave me not only a better price by $500 but also gave me a bike with $600 more of attachments/ accessories. I'm in Naples so I was hoping that I was gonna buy at Rockstar Harley. I signed up for the riding academy through Rossiters. I was excited about it, since I'm only 4'11Eric the academy organizer, wanted me to try sitting on the bike before he took my money. . I sat on it and only reached with my toes, he assured me that it would be ok and I could do it. So I paid the money for classes. On the day of the class , I could barely reach and barely keep the bike up. It fell over several times with me and landed on my foot. The coach told me it was to big and I should quit. I was upset and crying bc I wanted it so badly.. I returned to store to ask for a refund which they declined. Rossiters HD is more interested in taking your money then you safetyo on a bike. If they knew I couldn't reach they should of never took my money and during practice I should not of been told to quit, I should of been encouraged. read more

So I purchased an Indian Challenger as I was spooked about the serious accident I had with the death wobble that plagues Harleys. I decided to give it another try and considered purchasing another Harley. All I can say I am glad I went back to see they haven't changed. Rode in off the street because my 2021 Sport Glide was making a ticking noise in the rear end. Lee in the service department took me in right away. Fixed my problem and had me on the road in 15 mins. Horrible experience with a merchandise sales person that was rude... I try explaining i was looking for a full grain leather wallet and she kept being rude saying they are all leather .. Definitely doesn't know the difference between high end leather and cheap china leather.. 17 years of experience and she didn't learn how to even treat a customer... Ended up walking away.. I was planning on buying several shirts and a wallet as i do in the last 89 harley stores i been on my road trips. Just moved to Bradenton 6 months ago. Needed a Harley dealer to service my CVO. I called and spoke to Scott about a quote to install my header and slip on mufflers. His quote was very reasonable and so customer friendly on the phone. I set an appointment and dropped the bike off. 3 hours later I receive a call my bike was done. I was shocked! I went to pick it up and paid the bill. The bike was cleaner that when I dropped it off. Looked like they detailed it but it got a awesome cleaning. I am OCD but my bike didn't have a single finger print on it. While there we wandered in to the accessories. Found 2 ladies with the most incredible personalities. I felt like I had been there before the way they were so customer friendly. We bought a HD watch, key chain and the good luck bell. Between the outstanding customer service in their service dept and being treated like family in the sales dept, I would't take my CVO anywhere else!!
