The Ultimate Bike Shop Experience - A True Gem for Motorcycle Audio & Customization…read more After five frustrating installs at other places, I finally found the one shop that truly knows what they're doing--Kory Souza Originals and I'm lucky because it's located right here in Sarasota and did I tell you that it's right across from the Italian bakery . This place isn't just a bike shop; it's a haven for anyone who wants their motorcycle to sound as good as it looks. The owner is an absolute expert, a true craftsman who knows his way around both motorcycles and high-end stereo systems like no one else. He also can gold plate right there in his shop so if you wanna get rid of the chrome and go gold, this is the place! From the moment I walked in, I could tell this was different. No nonsense, no guessing--just straight-up knowledge and experience. He took the time to understand what I needed, fixed every issue that previous installers had botched, and made sure everything was done right. Finally, my stereo sounds exactly how I always wanted it to--clear, powerful, and flawless. But it didn't stop there. He went above and beyond, changing out all my fluids perfectly, fixing my trunk, and offering so many incredible upgrades that I had to draw the line--because trust me, it's addicting! This shop is the only place I'd ever trust to install a stereo on a bike, hands down. If you want expertise, precision, and a shop that truly cares about the work they do, this is the place to go. Huge thanks to the owner Kory and his team for making my ride better than ever!

I bought my Specialized Roubaix from Village Bikes about a year ago, and I couldn't be happier with…read moreboth the bike and the experience I've had with the store. The staff did an excellent job helping me choose the right bike for me, and they got me a great deal. They also took the time to properly fit the bike, which made a big difference in my riding comfort. After a year of riding, I brought the bike back for its first service. They went through everything, cleaned the bike thoroughly, and even took care of a slow air leak in the rear tire -- all at no charge. The service was completed within just a few days, and when I picked up the bike, it honestly looked like new. Everyone at Village Bikes is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I really appreciate the way they take care of their customers even after the sale. I highly recommend Village Bikes to anyone looking for a new bike or, just as importantly, a great place to have their bike serviced. You won't be disappointed!

I needed a pair of spin shoes & had no luck ordering them on line. Village bikes was recommended…read moreto me by a different bike shop that didn't sell shoes. There was older one man sitting, observing anything that might go on there. There was another older man walking about drinking coffee. Then there was a younger guy with a beard who seemed to be talking with the man drinking coffee as he was working in what appeared to be the shoe area. I felt invisible. I didn't want to interrupt their conversation. Finally the younger chap asked me if I needed help. I told him I needed shoes for a spin bike. He asked me my size and grabbed a pair. They didn't quite fit and that was the only pair in my size. I suggested to go up a size in hopes they had it. I asked if they had any other sizes or styles he said no. I asked if they were going to be getting any more restocked he said no. I tried the shoes on and they fit. I asked if they had more selections on line. He showed me the box and let me take a picture of it, then left me alone. I decided to take them but he out the box back in the stack so I wasn't sure which pair it was I tried on. I walked over to the little coffee bar and he was on his computer, working away. After about 5 minutes I said-" excuse me but I would like to get the shoes please". He looked up from the computer-said "ok" and went and got them. He rang me up, I asked a few more questions that went no where and then his attention turned away. A couple walked in and the older guy drinking coffee pounced on them promptly. I was there around 11 am and I was the only person there originally. They seemed to have a lot of cycles and accessories but I felt ignored and brushed off. I hope you have a friendlier experience than I did.

I removed my earlier review but after speaking to other shops I'm putting it back even tho the GM…read morecalled me at 9am to complain about it. I was told the parts are no longer made for my particular ATV but after investigating I did find them online through a google search. I also found easily that it can be repaired and the shop I'm going to never asked for a deposit and didn't tell me "We probably can't fix it". The shop I'm going to now says they have no idea why they said that or what their process is but they wouldn't make snap judgement on a phone call. They were also very kind whereas the GM at Haps I suppose wasn't rude but was definitely not friendly and somewhat condescending. After thinking it over again, I'll probably never go back to Haps.. let's see if the GM calls me again. It really sucks because this place, when I go personally, they were friendly and helpful but the way he was trying to get me to not bring my ATV in continuously reminding me they won't do anything without a deposit and even after I pay they probably can't do anything because mysteriously even though I found parts online and the other shop can too lol Haps says they don't exist. And the 9am call from the GM trying to intimidate me because they saw the original review is the craziest thing I've seen. That's the other reason I posted this again.
