I told P.J., who owns and operates the establishment, to give me a combination of moist and lean since I was a new customer. Well, well, well. It turned out that I made the right decision to get both types of brisket because I thoroughly enjoyed the one-meat platter: juicy, tender and ample. It was super easy to cut into pieces, too. I paired the meat with macaroni and cheese and broccoli and cheese after learning that the sides that I originally wanted -- the dirty rice and the corn -- ran out for the day.
