In fact, if you need another to fill a bedroom inbox me and I'm there (lol, but seriously). This place is perfect. From the moment you arrive, it's impossible to not be transported to a place of peace, tranquility and joy. Multiple decks to see the stunning views. A pool, hot tub, and sauna. A yoga room!!! Great if you already have a practice and can use facilities on your own, but we also found it was very reasonable to just hire a teacher from Santa Fe to come up for a private lesson. Hiking right outside your door. Every bedroom (plus the cabin!) is set up perfectly to make you feel like a VERY ZEN queen/king. Watch the sunrise and the sunset over the mountains, while you swing on the front swings. Eat dinner under the stars or in the formal dining room. The choices are endless at Rass Mandal. The experience of this house unlocked possibilities, I'm not even kidding! It is a ways up the mountain road-- so not for people who really wan ot be in the center of twon. But we really had no trouble getting to town when we wanted to go out and explore. Mostly though you'll want to stay in, trust me! :) Also Richard is the nicest. Very helpful and the entire process was overall easy. Enjoy your stay at Rass Mandal!!

As such, we all had a great time together of which this VRBO enhanced our experience. At the same time, there was sticker shock, as on top of the per night charge was a host fee, service fee, and sales tax. The add-ons came to about 50% of the per night rate. Once I got that out of the way, the house was handsome, well maintained, roomy, modern, immaculate, and comfortable and in a great highly walkable (to the Plaza) location. Gayle and I slept well in our room, with lots of storage, and featuring a strong hot shower. It was great for the 4 of us to get together in the common areas, including the living room and the outdoor patio with fire pit. In fact one night we sat out there for hours over pizza and beer and chatted the evening away. The Kitchen was well appointed, although the "coffee maker" mentioned in the listing was actually a Keurig coffee pod machine. A few opportunities for improvement: WIFI didn't really work as it dropped in and out frequently and when it was on, it was weak at best. Bob had planned to do some work during our time together and came up a bit short there. The rest of us just used cellular. I also wish there was a little more product available in the shower, of which we supplemented thanks to a nearby CVS. I'll give this experience 5 Stars (despite the nits) as it helped make our long Santa Fe Weekend convenient, safe, and special. Gayle and I will be coming back next year and we'll look Two Casitas over again, while keeping aware of the pricing components (including alternatives), location, and WiFi.

Visitors can also bring their own tents, campers, or trailers. The campsite boasts modern bathrooms and clean portable potties for the more secluded areas, along with a well-appointed communal kitchen. Clean showers with comfortably hot water and amenities like hairdryers in the women's bathroom add to the camp's appeal. The community kitchen fosters socializing among campers if you are prone to enjoying that. Close walking proximity to hiking trails and within 20 minutes to many Santa Fe's attractions ensures a balance of relaxation and exploration. We also enjoyed the activities offered by The Wilderness Institute. They offer Star Talks, Archery, Tomahawk throwing, climbing, yoga, QiGong, tree climbing and more. The hosts, Ciana and Brad, demonstrate exceptional hospitality, knowledge, and communication skills, making this enchanting rustic getaway a must-return destination!

I didn't even book it sixty days in advance. So I ask if I can at least get the cleaning fee back since I won't be using the property, NOPE, zero again! DONT STAY HERE, FIND ANOTHER PLACE! They want your money and that's all they care about for their sub par rentals they call luxury. They kept my $1300 they charged to my card weeks in advance of me staying and won't answer the phone to me. Enormous cleaning fee too, $300! There are many reasons not to deal with this place. They claim they are mom and pop, BS, they're greedy is what they are!

We signed a contract with them and assumed everything was good to go. A couple months go by and the caterer for our event reached out to us proactively to let us know that the location we rented through Santa Fe Luxury Rental was no longer allowing events to be hosted there. We had to call them three times before we finally got in touch with Santa Fe Luxury Rental to find out this was correct but we're assured we could at least still stay at the place we had a contract to rent, we just couldn't hold the event there. We decide on a new venue just up the street for our wedding reception so we can still get some photos at the location we rented and after we sign a contract at the new location we got an automated email from Airbnb that our reservation was cancelled. It took another two days of calling Santa Fe Luxury Rental to find out what happened and was told the venue we rented was no longer available and "sorry". Not only would I not rent from Santa Fe Luxury Rental in the future, if I found out someone who worked there was working at a new place, I wouldn't rent from the either. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Santa Fe Luxury Rental.

This company has done a good job of avoiding reviews. If you Google it goes straight to their web…read morepage, so you can't really see the experiences people have had. So thank you Yelp. In trying to book a place, the response had been slow and typical for this area...no one answers the phone, or is very slow to respond with complete answers to any form of communication. To say the owner is vague in her answers to questions is an insult to vagueness. There are hidden fees in addition to the rental fee; during and after cleaning. Isn't that kind of what you're already paying for? Mandatory insurance??? Paying up front is a little iffy, unreasonable cancellation policy, but you can buy cancellation insurance from them! (another hidden fee). If you read the fine print you are agreeing to be responsible for pretty much the whole place and all it's contents, even if it was burglarized, even if the damage isn't your fault. Not sure I would give these people my credit card number. So much of Santa Fe has these temporary rentals, a few people making Santa Fe a giant transient community for profit.

Maintenance request submitted upon arrival, I am 10 months & they finally got a locksmith to look at it. I have been locked in my place when the handle fell off! That is a safety issue. The toilet was loose and wobbled, it took 9 months to fix it. I was without AC for almost 4 weeks in a west facing apt, got attention when I told leasing office to put me up in a hotel until fixed. Then there was the INVASION OF PRIVACY, QR staff (man) walked into my apt w/vendor (man) unannounced, no notice- just walked in like he lived in my apt! No phone call, no notice, no knock. Scared the hell out of me. I had to request a chain lock be installed, that took 6 weeks. The constant excuses for everything - "must have been a miscommunication" well that's a lot of miscommunications don't you think? There is a sewer pipe stench in lobby, staircase, garage and pool showers, likely broken pipes. Much more to say but I think you get the picture, or better yet look at the pictures. Though not advertised as such, if you're in the MAIN BLDG. this is a senior, senior living place - walkers, Alzheimer's, nursing support. At first, I thought this might be a good place to buy an apt however I did the right thing and rented first. #Sotheby's is the listing agent. QR is overpriced, lack of concern for tenants, lack of maintenance, too many management layers and so, so, so many rules.
