I'm not one to complain during a normal physical game of soccer, nor am I one to leave bad reviews anywhere, so this should tell you how upset I am. A few times now physical fights have broken out in the adult league due to the refs not doing anything when players are playing waaaay too aggressively. There's a couple of "adults" in these teams that it seems like are just there to fight. They're pushing and shoving in a very uncalled for manner and some of these players have even yelled out rasist comments. All of this with the refs listening, watching and not doing anyyything. So ofcourse physical fights have broken out. All of this with many many kids, including our toddler there watching. Since of course this is supposed to be a family friendly place. This is so unacceptable. The fact that Maracana has not kicked these "adults" out of their leagues really tells you where their priorities are at. There's plenty of other adult and kid leagues in Tucson that have much better management. Please save yourself the money and look elsewhere.

I had to borrow $10 from a friend and I went to give it to him, and so I placed it infront of him. Fast forward he found me in the bar area and got right in my face accusing me of throwing the money in his face and threatening to fuck me up and specially "I'm about to fuck you up". It was unfortunately really hot in the theater and not sure if they don't have AC or it was down, but the only area that was cool was by the front doors, not in the main place where the show was held. We came in on a game show day. The actors tried their best, but it just was really one note, lackluster and not funny, at least to us. It seemed like there could have been more of a mix between more advanced actors vs newbies/students...or at least it seemed that way. They did take audience recommendations, like Who's Line, and that helped keep us engaged. Things seemed to drag on, otherwise, and we wished there was more creativity, quickness and wit displayed. We tried this place out and it's just not for us.

The instructor emcee had a buzzer which I found a bit irritating. She kept things moving forward, albeit, so fast scenes were not allowed to develop. It was a student showcase and the theatre was full. After the student showcase was an Improv Troupe, I forget their name. They were good but I lost interest after about 10 minutes of the same game. The cost is reasonable at $5 plus the cost of refreshments which are available in the lobby. We lucked out and found parking in front. Others in our group parked down the street but it didn't seem to be difficult to find a space. I love supporting local theatre and would definitely go again.

Orville Jennings, Senior Associate AD for Operations, went out of his way this weekend to recover…read moremy husband's lost cell phone. We attended the Women's Basketball game on Saturday and my husband left his phone in the cup-holder. There was a Men's game immediately after so we could not go back inside the venue that day. Orville was so responsive and quick to get on the lost phone! Apparently the phone made its way to the Hall of Champions where it was located on Monday. We were already on campus searching when Orville called me to say the phone had been located. We are so grateful to Orville for taking the time to help us.

My review is only on the entrance and security supervisor…read more As I traveled to a Tucson to watch college baseball, I had an odd experience with their supervisor / security officer. As I approached the entrance and got ready to scan my ticket, the supervisor/security officer loudly asked if my bag had been checked. It hadn't so I said so. He went to the girl checking bags and yelled at her she needed to check every bag and I had gotten by her. What? He then set me aside, said the bag couldn't go in (which I understand because it was maybe an inch longer than their policy allowed). I told him I had travel there from LA and my back medication was in the bag, he searched my bag with his hands taking stuff out and then said I couldn't bring it in anyway. What? It was an odd experience, made only more odd by his coming back accusing my young niece of looking at someone's bag which was a cushion. What? No clue where that came from. That was a creepy experience. Now my rant: This poor man's excuse for Paul Blart Mail Cop, the love child of a Travis Tritt and ZZ Top must live a miserable life, such that a little bit of power makes him berate his coworkers and pick on a teenager and woman with a medicine bag. I will take my back pain any day than have to live a day in his pasty skin. Rant over.

Took some family here haven't seen in a while family member broke there ankle which would've been…read morefine but we told a 3 workers and asked for some ice for his ankle. We waited 20 minutes. They never brought it. On our way to take him to the hospital we saw the server he said he would get ice in a bag again he never did. Three employees were aware of the broken ankle. Two of which we're aware of the time passing without the ice and didn't make an attempt either they just said he'll be back. The server continued to serve tables as we waited there and as we walked out he swiped his hand at us like we were nothing. We laughed because we're kind people and said unfortunately, this is today's society. If we're not immediately benefiting them, they won't give us the time of day. My recommendation hire some adults with kindness and empathy. Because this is a memory of your business that we will never forget and Only continue to tell everybody that mentions your name.
