I live in Napa and I started using Chardonnay because it is close to my home. The Cleaners I had…read morebeen using for decades is on the far side of town and depending on the time of day could sometimes take as much as half an hour to get there, so I switched to Chardonnay. That said, I have usually found them to be very good cleaners so no complaints about the quality of their work. Also, the billing system they use seems to be accurate and efficient. Also some nice discounts on select days are a bonus! I've noticed most of the reviews here are either five or one star and I find myself having to agree with many of the one star reviews. The two young ladies who work behind the counter are seldom pleasant to deal with. They almost never smile. They seldom greet a customer coming in the door. I've never heard them say thank you and they generally act as if they really are not happy being there. Employee attitude has a big effect on business. If customers feel they're being treated rudely, they will go elsewhere. I think the manager needs to be paying attention to the one star reviews because they are numerous. And maybe the young ladies need to take an online class on customer service and relations. If they were a bit kinder and more pleasant toward their customers, they would find much of that kindness returned.
