I understood they were a little backed up, but the timeline seemed reasonable. Unfortunately, after Thanksgiving I had to stop into the shop on three separate occasions just to check the status of my order. Each time, I was given a new explanation, including a hard drive failure, but at no point did I receive a phone call or any communication to let me know about delays. Despite multiple follow-ups, my item was never embroidered. Because of the lack of transparency, poor communication, and failure to complete the service, I would not recommend this business to coworkers or anyone needing embroidery work. I will be seeking a different shop moving forward.

They had 94 *different* items to print on - having to center each item uniquely, etc. and they all came out beautifully! When I picked up my invitations, I almost cried. Kim and the people at Ameriprint were helpful, courteous in correspondence and conversations, and provide an amazing value for money. This place is a little bit out of the way, on a farmstead between Sun Prairie and Cottage Grove on County T (just up from Georgia O'Keefe's birthplace!), but it's totally worth the short drive in the country. The day I went in to make the order I drew out on a sheet of paper front, back, & sides of how I wanted it. Then after several emails between Joe & I about how I wanted it & paying for the digitize, etc..He confirmed with me on the phone to make sure everything was in order how I wanted it. I get an invoice saying its all done. I pick it up 2 days later and the hats & visors are half done..Not done how i wanted them.. & I was charged almost $600. People pay a lot of money for custom embroidery for a reason. I did not appreciate the service I got there, at all. On top of that, when i go to pick up my order, he says to me "You're too difficult to work with, we dont want to work with you anymore." After 18 years in business, you'd think they would do things right & provide great service. Instead of not being able to follow instructions. It has been 3 months since the tournament and Amy Jo Stevenson of Shirts n Giggles has done everything possible to not honor the agreement, and even avoid all attempts that we have made to contact her. If you operate an athletic or youth organization, and bringing Riverhills Embroidery, Shirts n Giggles, or any venture led by Amy Jo Stevenson, you will be taking a big risk, and putting your organization and event at risk by associating with a company with terrible leadership and terrible business acumen.
