I had read Elaine Meszaros' great book, The Devil's Advocate's Guide to Planning Your Business…read moreWebsite (https://www.amazon.com/Devils-Advocates-Planni.../.../B0147B8WS4). It was helpful and informative and, like other examples of Elaine's writing, funny and entertaining. I had made and managed a website for my work as a musician and yoga teacher for many years, but it had a limited format and was time-consuming to update. So I asked Elaine to help me pull together an affordable new website that I could maintain, for the most part, on my own. She recommended WordPress, and she built the website with all of the features I asked for: the kind of menu that I liked, a homepage that moved the way that I wanted it to; soothing colors and a font that I liked; a place to schedule yoga sessions; a place for listening to cuts of songs and for buying downloads or CDs; and a blog. Elaine also helped me learn how to go in to work on the site, adding text, updates, and photos that I take. Learning to work with WordPress brought out all of my technophobic tics, and I needed a fair amount of help along the way. But Elaine stayed patient and clear with me, and we got it done... And I now have a website that I really like, and the basic skills to work with it, update it, and keep it going on my own. Elaine Meszaros is great. She is smart, funny, and knows how to work well with crotchety clients who have a hard time learning a new technology. I'm sure she would do well with mellower clients, too! I recommend her highly--as a very creative visual artist and graphic designer, as a web designer, and as an educator who can demystify tech processes and make them accessible for people like me who struggle with them. Words can't describe how fantastic they are. They're the MOST knowledgeable in NetSuite & SuiteCommerce honestly. Anchor Group's response time is so quick they've cut implementation time lengths down for myself on several occasions making the entire customization, optimization and implementation go by in a breeze. I've worked with Alphagraphics professionally, on new business cards after the company that I work…read morefor went through re-branding, and personally, when I needed to update my portfolio on short notice. I was very happy with both experiences working with Liz. She was so helpful explaining the cardstock and printing options for our business cards and hard hat stickers and offering samples of materials and print previews. For my portfolio, I waited way too long and was so worried I wouldn't be able to have something printed in time. It's over 20 pages with full color and full bleed, spiral bound. I contacted them only a day and a few hours before I needed it. At first there was a communication error and when I called the day I needed it (1.5 hours before close) to ask when it would be done, they said "tomorrow." When I explained that I needed it tonight (hopping on a 5am flight), the person on staff told me they would do it, and they did! It was not cheap, but I was asking for a lot, and it looked great. I'm really happy with the service and the quality of the products I've ordered.

I had an excellent review based on the service. Then, after 3 visits with small jobs I guess I annoyed someone, everyone but especially the lady owner to the extent 1 copy was $2.00. All in all, I'd rather someone be direct with me than passive aggressive especially for something as simple as a photocopy via a machine copier.
