My fiance had used ADMC when he was looking for his first condo. He had nothing but good things to say about Michael and Alan, so I didn't think twice when he wanted to use them again for looking for a new house. We were able to sit down with Michael when we first thought about looking for a house, and told him what we were looking for. The next day, he had a long list of houses for us to look at that almost all met the major requirements we were looking for (like, I didn't know I had a type for houses, but apparently Michael figured that out!) and we were able to run with those to keep narrowing down what we were looking for. In the meanwhile with looking for a new house, we also had to sell the condo we were in. Michael looked at the place, told us what we should do to make it look as great as possible, and answered any and all questions we had (and very, very quickly too!). We probably asked him to come over way too many times to make sure we were doing the right thing, but he was always happy to help and never made us felt bad for being overly cautious about things. The condo sold pretty quickly, and Alan stepped in to help during the selling settlement process when Michael was on vacation. My fiance and I were SO thankful to have the ADMC team on our side to mediate between ourselves and the buyer's agent because sometimes people can be rude and Alan managed to stay professional and polite, yet made sure to take no shit (excuse my language). Alan definitely helped us not get suckered into doing more than we should have had to do. Once the condo was sold, we were able to go full on into house hunting. Michael was more than accommodating to our busy work schedules, and took us to houses when we were able to spare the time. I appreciated Michael a lot because he wasn't fake about any of the places we were looking at. He didn't try to oversell anything that wasn't worth overselling. He made sure we were also being realistic and not just settling on things - this was the biggest purchase I'd be making to date, so I am VERY glad he didn't just let me throw money around without getting the full worth out of it! Michael also always made it feel like he was working with just us. Like yeah, I know he was showing the houses we were looking at to other people as well, but Michael always made us feel like we were top priority. In the end, we found a TERRIFIC place and we could not be happier with the overall experience. It's easier to say that now, now that it's all said and done, but I still never felt overly stressed during any of the buying/selling processes. My fiance and I don't plan on moving anytime soon since we've got the perfect house now, but 10/10 would use the ADMC team again if for some reason we feel the need to upgrade again ;) read more

I was referred to ADMC Realty Group through a close friend, who used purchased their house in 2014 in the Northern Virginia region. I called ADMC, and they were very thorough in our initial conversation trying to really understand what my wife and I were looking for in a house, the general location, etc. Within a week, we visited several homes with Michael Dannenhauer. We felt very comfortable throughout the entire process, he never pressured us into buying, and kept a very independent demeanor which really paved the way for us to trust not only Michael, but the entire ADMC Realty group. We were very surprised because we were always told that during the normal home buying process, it is very uncommon to settle on the first house you put an offer on. I think part of it was that as his clients, we were very flexible and didn't place a lot of restrictions on what we wanted, but nonetheless, he was very accommodating. I originally looked for a realtor on Redfin.com, and had an absolutely horrible experience with one of the realtors, who was rated very highly on their website!! My fiance and I went to an open house when we met Manuel. We had no idea about what goes into buying a home as we were first time homebuyers. At that point we hadn't even gotten approved for a mortgage. Manuel went out of his way to field questions that we had and made us feel extremely comfortable. 5 month ago my husband, our 2 year old and I started looking into buying a property. Our first real home. Of course we wanted this experience to be a great one. We had called and contacted a few realtors and with none there was this immediate click. Until a very good friend of ours suggested to meet with Michael Dannenhauer from ADMC Realtor. We have bought two houses in this area and weren't super thrilled with our realtor the first time around. We were wary about getting another agent and asked friends if they could highly recommend someone. Let me start with this - Alan and his team found a buyer (3 actually) for our home on the first open house!!! If we could give 10 stars we would. Yes, because they did a fantastic job selling the home so quickly. But, equally because they were above and beyond professional plus demonstrated a warm connection to our family and family needs. This home was our family home for 40 years. We decided to sell due to our parents growing health challenges. Michael Dannenhauer helped us find the perfect house in September 2013 but we didn't meet him until December 2013 when we first came to DC. An amazingly awesome team! In all earnestness, I cannot say often enough how highly I regard all the hardworking crew at ADMC, and especially my agent, Manuel Churion. For about 6 months, Michael Dannenhauer was my wife's and my date every Friday night as he took us around to see various houses. My wife and I can't say enough good things about Michael and ADMC for their professionalism, patience and diligence in helping us find and buy our home.
