I had the pleasure of buying my first home through Justin Paulhamus. This is the first time I ever seriously looked at buying real estate, and I was looking at the lower end of the market for the DC Metro Area. I was referred to Justin by a friend who had heard the saga of my fruitless two-year condo search. The timing was perfect as I was feeling like giving up but decided to give it one more shot with Justin. Admittedly, as a first-time buyer, much of what I know about the process comes from watching HGTV, so I was (perhaps naively) disappointed with other agents who didn't seem to do what I was expecting: get a real feel for what I was looking for and offer their professional advice.
