I was referred to Justin by a friend who had heard the saga of my fruitless two-year condo search. The timing was perfect as I was feeling like giving up but decided to give it one more shot with Justin. Admittedly, as a first-time buyer, much of what I know about the process comes from watching HGTV, so I was (perhaps naively) disappointed with other agents who didn't seem to do what I was expecting: get a real feel for what I was looking for and offer their professional advice. However, Justin did just that. Upon being introduced, he set up a face-to-face meeting to ask me questions, explain the process and talk realistically about what the market had to offer. Even with the dose of realism, he explained that I wasn't looking for a unicorn and that we would be able to find what I wanted, which was very reassuring.
