So this will be long, because I'm so happy with Adler's! Finding a good, honest jeweler is hard. Adler's is a small store in a large strip mall...don't let that dissuade you! And definitely ask for Magical Mike!! This guy is great, and has Amazing Andy the talented bench guy to back him up! (you definitely want a jeweler with a bench guy on site, not a place that outsources their work.) Mike is knowledgeable and honest - he talks with you to understand what your wants/needs are and then presents you with your options, educating you about diamonds and gemstones along the way. My experience: I had narrowed down my search to 3 jewelers. Adler's was the first one I visited and I am so glad...I didn't bother going to the others on my list. I wanted to get my old engagement ring reset. The center diamond was going into a pendant, and I wanted to rework the remaining setting into a band. Mike explained what they would do and how that would end up looking, which was not what I had in mind. He then showed me why my vision was not really possible without rebuilding the entire ring from scratch. I decided that putting a gemstone in the center would work and looked at a few, but nothing was really exciting to me. Then Magical Mike pulled out a stone shape (square cut) that I would not have considered and it looked fabulous! The stone was an Iolite, which was a gorgeous color, but I ended up having him order a princess cut Chatham sapphire instead because it is a sturdier stone with more fire than an Iolite. Next came Amazing Andy, (bench guy), who set the stone. He did a fantastic job! When it was done Mike texted me a picture and I was over the moon! It turned out better than I had hoped for and I can't stop staring at it! My old engagement ring had sat in my jewelry box for many years, and I'm so happy I can wear it again with a beautiful sapphire. The price was very reasonable too. I'm looking forward to getting the pendant they're making with the center stone. I will update this post with a photo of that if I can. I also took in a ring that another jeweler had messed up while resizing, and Andy and Mike showed me exactly why and how they had damaged it. I initially went to Adler's on a recommendation from a family member for a birthday present and am glad I took the advice. I worked closely with Mike Fischer on that occasion and most others since. All of the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, but Mike deserves a call out for his patience, expertise, and professionalism. Mike always took the time to explain the different gem stones and metals and the pros and cons inherent with each. Over his career he's probably explained these things thousands of times, but still took the time to ensure I understood the information which shows that he genuinely cares about his clients and their needs. The staff at Adler's provides the top-notch service that can only come from professionals that love their work. I've since returned to Adler's for an engagement ring and wedding bands and was again glad that I did. I was especially impressed when a last minute resizing was needed a few days before my wedding, Mike jumped in and treated the matter with urgency and the ring was back in my possession a day later. I was equally impressed with the staff's honesty and integrity. I witnessed on one occasion a customer seeking something specific that they could not provide, but rather than substitute or try to sell the customer something they didn't want, they were completely honest and offered to help seek out what the customer needed, but bottom line: they won't push something that you're not looking for. read more

Recently purchased an engagement ring from Adler's and can't say enough good things about the service we received. Like many other reviewers on here, i dealt with Mike who was really fantastic. He does his best to sell you the ring that you want, that fits your style and budget, rather than what would be in his best interests profit wise. He explained everything that we needed to know about ring/stone quality in detail, why people value certain attributes etc. This was great because again, it helped us pick out what worked for us, not what's currently in vogue. We had to order in our band, and while it was significantly delayed (through no fault of Adler's), Mike provided timely information about the status of the ring. When he says he'll call you on Thursday at 2, he will call you on Thursday at 2. He was extremely apologetic about the delay, and his service ultimately made up for our disappointment in waiting. If you want to purchase some jewelry in a friendly, relaxed, non-judgmental family-owned business, and you want to avoid the slick service found in lots of other places, then check this place out, i'd highly recommend it! read more

My fiance's parents have utilized Mike as their jeweler for years so it seemed only fitting that Chad purchase my engagement ring there as well. First of all, I absolutely LOVE my ring and my fiance said Mike was great to work with. We went to a few other places to look for bands before going back to Adler's on a Friday, exactly 8 days before the wedding (nothing like waiting until the last minute, right?!). The band I wanted was in yellow gold and we needed white gold. In less than a week, we had the band plated, soldered together, and my grandfather's wedding ring polished for my fiance. Did I mention that the person responsible for plating and sizing was off until Wednesday? Thursday morning I received a text saying our rings were ready. I could not have been more pleased with the quick turnaround time, professional demeanor, and overall level of service I received at Adler's. My wife had a wedding ring set that over the years could no longer be worn due to enlarged knuckles. She dearly wished she could still wear them so she decided they should be turned into a pendant. After reading the excellent reviews on Adler's Jewelers we decided to give them a visit, and we were glad we did. The attention given to my wife's questions were thoroughly addressed; a straight forward pricing for each level of optional configuration and rework made her decision easy and that is not the best part. We full well expected to pay much more and were prepared to wait a month or more for this to be done. We left the rings on 10/31 and were called on 11/02 that the pendant was ready. It was not only ready but it was even more stunning than we thought it would be. The evidence of 40 years of wear were gone and the diamond mount really brought out dramatic results. Absolutely incredible experience! Mike Fischer helped me and my girlfriend find the perfect ring that she wanted. Not only that, he tells you what he believes is most important regarding the diamond and does not try to push you to get things you don't need. Our most recent experience in 2013 was with Michael Fischer who helped us select a diamond ring. He spent more than five hours in total with us reviewing first setting and then loose stones. Just purchased a engagement ring from Mike Fischer. My work schedule didn't leave much time for me to make it into the store. I first contacted Mike though email and based off of what I told him about what I was looking for and my budget he sent back several photos and options to choose from.
