Joe made it a painful process with incorrect documents, vague explanations and a refund which was1/2 of my last monthly payment, I heard inconsistent stories between him and his associate Nick as to why i wasn't getting my money back. Phil was sure to " stick it to me" , since I did not renew my policy. I made sure to change agents after a month of Phil gaslighting and weird cancellation dates that overlapped my new policy a week plus.
