Didn't receive anything in the mail or any updated policy information but working two jobs and moving I continued to pay. I finally found the time to shop around and find a policy $80 cheaper and called for several days attempting to speak to Elvia to cancel. She was never available and I working at a call center missed her one return call attempt. Finally sent an email request with the policy number to cancel as she requested in the voicemail because apparently notifying them by voicemail and with her receptionist wasn't sufficient. Even after I emailed she didn't cancel my policy instead called me and was so rude and spoke to me like a child inquiring on the date I started my coverage with any other company. Provided her the information only to wake up this morning and see a $170.59 charge to my account. When I called her she was unforgiving and acted as whatever saying they would credit me when she wasn't authorized to charge my account in the first place! I have filed a fraud complaint with my bank and am filing reports with BBB and calling the FBI and Inspector generals office.
