On further investigation I found that they had torn up the molding when they tried to hide their GPS tracker under it. We came in because a tire sensor (installed by them two weeks ago during a tire replacement) had failed, and a tail light was out. After waiting 45 minutes, we were told they no longer stock the tire pressure sensors -- despite having installed one recently -- and that we'd need to go to a Lexus dealership for the tail light. Then we waited another 30+ minutes for the car to be brought around. Other customers' cars kept coming back, but not ours. We eventually walked the lot ourselves and found her car already parked and locked, with no one following up. We had to go inside and ask them to just bring us the keys. If they can't service the vehicle, that's understandable, but leaving customers waiting over an hour with zero communication and no resolution is not okay. Hard to recommend this location after this visit.
