I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Park Place BodyWerks in Fort Worth has been…read moreextremely disappointing. I brought my vehicle to the shop on May 19 with the understanding that it would be disassembled as needed to provide my insurance company with a complete estimate so all damages could be identified. Throughout the process, communication was poor. I repeatedly had to reach out for updates instead of being proactively informed about the status of my vehicle. When my insurance company did not approve enough to complete the repairs, I decided to remove my vehicle. That's when I was told I would be charged $1,350 for vehicle removal, $850 for disassembly/blueprinting, and a $500 administrative fee, in addition to possible storage fees. These charges came as a surprise, and I do not believe they were clearly explained to me before the work began. What made the situation even more frustrating was that earlier in the process I was told the only work performed was the disassembly needed to present additional damages to the insurance company and that my vehicle could still be repaired with only my deductible out of pocket if the claim was approved. Once I chose not to move forward with repairs, the conversation shifted to collecting thousands of dollars in fees. I've also experienced significant delays and have struggled to get clear answers regarding my case. Rather than working toward a fair resolution, I feel like I've had to fight for information every step of the way. I have requested copies of all signed authorization documents and an itemized explanation of the charges, and I hope management will review my case and resolve this matter professionally. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Park Place BodyWerks. I hope this review encourages management to improve communication, transparency, and the way customers are treated during an already stressful insurance claim process.

Like any parent, I wanted to make sure she got something safe and reliable. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was warm, professional, and welcoming. I'll admit, I'm usually skeptical about buying used cars from anyone, so I approached this with caution. I found CAMFleet through Cars.com, and what immediately stood out was their transparency. Each listing included a CarFax report right up front -- no hassle, no games. I could review the car's full history online before even visiting the lot. When I inspected the Matrix, I mentioned a few concerns -- brakes, windshield wipers, a light door rattle, an A/C recharge, and an OBD2 code check. Mac, the owner, was incredibly friendly, honest, and attentive. After listening carefully, he told me he'd take care of all the issues before pickup. All I had to do was leave a small deposit and return a few days later. True to his word, the car was ready, clean, and exactly as promised. My daughter loves it! In an industry where trust can be hard to find, CAMFleet was a genuine breath of fresh air. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fair, transparent, and no-pressure buying experience.
